Needed a vacuum for home and work.Light weight.I use it daily without any problems.

I was in need of a new slide in oven I researched many !! I liked the idea of being able to make this full size oven into a double oven. Samsung is the only one I found. checked many sites and watched prices and reviews. ended up getting this one at best buy for half price, free haul away and free delivery/install, I live 50 miles from the closest best buy. they were awesome !!!!

The vacuum cleaner is excellent, works perfectly and reliably

I was looking for a canister hardwood floor vacuum .Upright vacuums usually spit debris back out.

The vacuum arrived broken. I would have exchanged it, for a new one, but every part of the vacuum was poorly made.

If you need suction, this is not for you. It's not very mobile compared to the shark counterpart. I ended up return the unit. Very disappointed with both the functionality and mobility from typical canister vacuum. I gave it 2 stars because at least you don't have to buy a vacuum bag.

I had this vacuum for about a year when it suddenly stopped working. There was no replacement so even with the warranty I paid for I could not get a replacement. I added more money to upgrade to a better quality vacuum. I would not recommend this.

This machine has a VERY powerful 12 Amp motor, and therefore has exceptional suction. I have not experienced any of the overheating problems that I have read about. I think the main thing is to not allow the exhaust outlet which is located in the wheel, to be blocked by rolling it too close to walls and such. Also, be sure to clean the pre-filter and dust cup parts out periodically. The vacuum has a very compact and lightweight design. Easy to empty dust-cup and easy to clean washable dust-cup pre-filter. The HEPA replacement filters are reasonably priced and readily available for this model on Hoover's website, although it's only necessary to replace the HEPA filter once every year or so. Replacement washable pre-filters are also available if needed. The power brushroll has plenty of power, and does not get bogged down by carpet. It has a separate switch on the handle that allows you to turn off the brushroll when desired. If the cord could be about 3 feet longer it would be much more usable, at least in my house. I ALMOST get to the far corner of a room and gently struggle for that LAST little bit by stretching the hose and extension in almost horizontal position without pulling the plug loose from the outlet in the other room, but it just wont QUITE reach the far corner without it unplugging and having to go change outlets... Like 1 more foot would make it all the way with the hose stretched! Very frustrating! It comes with an excellent hard-floor brush. However, I highly recommend buying a cheap crevice tool and dusting brush on Amazon or something to replace the multi-tool that comes with the vacuum. (They really should have included separate tools for each purpose instead of making a combined tool that doesn't do anything very well.) The multi-tool and the cord length are about the only real problems I have with this machine. This easily-remedied limitation certainly does not justify paying $200 more for a Dyson.

It seemed fine for the couple times it was used. Good power, boxing above its weight even. Then all suction went. Will be returning.

Don't buy this item. Waste of money. Motor burned up within 1 year with minimal use.

This is not a good buy. The "motor" is terrible, after vacuming one room it over heats, shuts down and will not run for 45 minutes. the instructions tell you this after you buy it. I have had it for a few months and there is no suction. I should bring it back for a refund. DO NOT buy this, a waste of money

I bought this product several months ago for a friend to replace an old Siemens vacuumer. The Hoover cleans tiles and carpets very well and it is very easy to clean the vacuumer itself. I would have given it 5 stars if it would be a little more precise when putting it back together after cleaning. It just doesn't lock in that easy.
