One of the lighter vacuumes I looked at. Seems to have very good suction and and is easy to use. It appears that emptying the dirt container is also easy.

This is by far the best vacuum I have ever owned. It looks cool and has many accessories. The cord length limits having to plug into several outlets while cleaning the house. The base fits perfect on the stairs and the hose is long enough to reach many places. It is not to loud and picks up all the big dirt and deep cleans carpets.

On a great sale, so bought two. Shipping put a big hole in one box, but no damage to the vacuum. Fairly light weight compared to our 20 year old Hoover. Not as solidly built as the old one, but for 1/5th the price I didn't expect that. Lots of plastic that may or may not stand the test of time. I like the adjustable handle (I'm 6', wife is 5'6") which doubles as the "wand" for using the attachments. Also like being able to turn off the floor brush when using the wand (furniture, stairs, "dusting" light fixtures). Hose length is shorter than I would like. The carrying handle and lighter weight make it easier to drag from the bottom to the top of the stairs. Works well on our medium nap carpet and bare floors.

Works great on my carpet and laminate flooring! Very lightweight and easy to clean out! We have a very hairy dog which sheds a small critter every day and this thing is great at pulling up that hair and minuscule dirt particles.

This vacuum is wonderful. I have owned 4 different brands in my time, including a Dyson and this one is my favorite. Easy to maneuver, has clearence for under furniture and is light weight. Cleaning the parts is easy and it has easy storage abilities. The suction is strong and brissels give a deep clean. The cord is a decent length. Not much I would change on this vacuum... great investment.

I put off buying a new sweeper for years (literally) because they're all so . . . PLASTIC! This one is too, but the lightweight design and low price convinced me to take a chance. It works very well on both carpet and hard floors, and it's quiet and easy to maneuver.

This is an all around great vacuum. It had awesome suction both in the main head and in the attachments. It is mush easier to empty and clean it than my previous Bissell or Kenmore vacuums. It runs pretty quietly and I love the fact that I can easily control when I need the roller bar on our of with the push off a button. My only con is have to detach and attach different houses every time I need to use the attachments, just a bit of a hassle

Light weight with an adjustable height handle. This vacuum has a great suction and grabs up the dirt and dust that older vacuums leave behind. Easy to dump out what it collects for next time usage.

I'm a single guy in a 1 bdr apt so I have no need for something powerful. This vacuum gets the job done: it's light as they say, it's small enough to fit in any closet and the dust filter is easy to clean. The only bad thing is that in order to switch from regular vacuum to the hose for detailed cleaning like corners or sofa, you have to go through a 3-step process to detach main hose, add extension, add handler and then finally add head-brush. It can be a tedious process. Other than that it's a good product for the price I paid for during BF.

I love this product. It has a good suction power for normal home cleaning. Its very easy to use and clean and light weight. Its not very complicated to setup/operate which I love.

Borrowed this vacuum from a family member and fell in love with it that I purchsed one. It is powerful, lightweight and doesn't make that much noise. Really enjoy using it.

Less noise and cleans the floor. Flexible design to go deep under the appliances and cleans. Lightweight for easy use.

I bought this vacuum for carpet and hardwood floors. It easily adjusts to both with the push of a button. It is super light weight and has great suction.

The vacuume is small and can fit easily into a small area. It has great suction, and the removable cleaning canister is easy to use. It was just what I was hoping it would be. The perfect vacuum for me.

After I purchased several expensive wool rugs for our new home my rug vendor suggested I not use the Dyson vacuum on my wool area rugs. I am so impressed with how well this Hoover cleans and very happy with how lightweight it is! The tank actually fills with more dirt from the area rugs than the Dyson did and the shedding that I was experiencing while using the Dyson has now stopped. This lightweight inexpensive Hoover works well on the wood floors too though I use the Dyson for the hard surfaces and this Hoover for the carpet. I would definitely recommend this Hoover, I got mine on the deal of the day and wish I had bought one for the upstairs too! Great value and performance!

Very light weight designed. My wife likes it since we have 2 stories in our house. Works on both hard floor and carpet. Easy to clean up. Used it for 2 months. Not sure about durability.

The vacuum is really light and easy to use. The suction is unreal. Really easy to empty and it is unreal what it picks up. I have owned commercial vacuums for years and this one is just as good. The sound is not loud at all and it is great how you can go from carpet to other floors. It is really easy to change over to the optional extensions but a couple of the hoses have come apart. Just had to screw it back on and all is well. Another nice feature is the handle moves up/down, my 6 yr old daughter loves that it can be just her size. I have found the only problem I really had is when I vacuum rugs (smaller rugs with less backing on them), the suction is so strong that I have to go straight across and not back and forth. Overall I am very pleased with this vacuum. I think the price is probably my favorite part and getting a great vacuum is the bonus.

This vacuum was very easy to put together. I had read many reviews before purchasing where people had listed 'too much suction' as a con....to me, that was a pro and the main reason I bought the vacuum. The suction is great, the vacuum is extremely lightweight. The only thing I don't like is the handle comes off to be the wand, which is convenient, but it makes the handle feel slightly cheap. Its not enough of a reason to return, because I'm pleased with the vacuum as a whole.

This vacuum does a great job cleaning my home, light weight, and easy to handle. I would highly recommed it to buy it.

Before buying I read all the reviews for the Hoover Air. I had a Dyson before and had it for 3yrs and it went out. I loved my Dyson but I was not willing to spend another $500 and for it to break again. I wanted something that would be convenient but still a good vacuum. For the price I'm very surprised at how well this vacuum is! It's not as strong as the Dyson but for the price it is a very good one! It picks up everything and leaves my carpet very clean. I love how the hose is very long for my stairs. Love it! And it is very lightweight to lift up and down the stairs. For that price I might just buy another for just the second floor! The only con I would say are the attachments. You have to disconnect the hose and attach the other hose with attachment to do stairs and small areas. But no biggie. Overall I think this is a great lightweight vacuum and has a lot of power. I'm very petite and have some injuries to where I shouldn't be lifting heavy stuff so this vacuum works perfect to take up and down the stairs.
