The controllers work and give you the feeling of using a Playstion or Xbox controller. They are larger than standard controllers and do not fit in most normal carrying cases though.

Very comfortable & do not have to worry about charging them.

Look, I had my reservations about bulking up the switch with the Hori Pad at first. Once I started using it, I realized it really did improve my gaming experience. It also eliminated some of the drifting problems that come with the original joypad controllers. Glad I bought it, I would make the purchase again if I had to.

We were looking for good grips that would reduce the strain on the wrists. We kept going back and forth and finally went with these, plus they have extra programmable functions for FPS games. The only downside is they do not fit into the case when taking the switch on a trip.

My nephew stole these from me because he loved them so much. He is 10 and he said they feel so comfy playing. I haven't heard of them breaking yet. They survived a 9 hour drive with him and his brother (7) taking turns. That trip was in June (2 months ago). That's durable.

This controller feels good. Has a good grip, but I ended up returning it because it can only be used while connected to the Switch. I thought it could be used as a controller while the Switch is docked as well, but no.

So this was surprisingly light, and honestly a bit wide too. Wide like... it has an overhang from the Switch itself. Controllers stick out a tad in a weird way. Not sure what buttons you would program, and I won’t be using that feature. But Turbo is also there... if you feel the need.

They were a bit big in my hands but the big problem was no vibration and not wireless. I didn't think I'd need the vibration but realized it was a key need in some games when you have the sound turned down.

If you are looking for a larger joycon to play games in portable mode, here you go. This controller has built in turbo and an extra button that is on the grip that can be bound to any existing button, a bonus for accessibility. However the flaws of this controller makes it hard for any other usecase. This controller is not: wireless have NFC, HD rumble, motion controls, ir camera This controller is incompatible with existing joycon accessories. There is a brace on the back of each controller for stability that is one of two blockers to use most official joycon holders, accessories with. If you were hoping to use this while the switch is docked, you are better off with the switch pro controller.

Overall good quality. The triggers are nice and they fit well in my big hands. The analog sticks seem to be a little touchy and are not good for games that require them to move in certain motions. Overall would recommend it.

Great in concept, size is good for teens/adults but major flaw is the grips can only be used in handheld mode. This is fine if that is why your are buying this, but would be helpful and should be a required part of the description

This is one of the best purchases I have made for the Nintendo Switch. My absolute loves them, “he said that they are better than the original controllers that came with the game.” He doesn’t put the game down now. We love them!!

These are great. Nintendo has to release an official version with extra battery power to be feed from the control the the Switch. This would given them the desired weight and provide MORE POWER!!!

These controllers are good for playing if you have bigger hands. My only problem with them is I need to power down my switch because they un sync

Feels way better than original joycons. Lacking some functions but the feel and functionality more than makes up for it.
