Customers are saying

Customers highly value the Split Pad Pro DAEMON X MACHINA Edition Controller for its comfort, especially for those with large hands. They appreciate the solid build quality, evenly distributed weight, and the fact that it does not suffer from drift issues. While some customers wish it had wireless connectivity and rumble features, they generally find the controller to be a great value for the price.

Great controller only 2 cons. Overall size is a bit on the large side and I feel that with no vibration there is no real reason to have the controllers so large and chunky. Also after a few months of use R button already has a softer less click feel

At this price, there should be huge bold print staying that these do not support motion controls. This item is also not usable as a remote. No blue tooth or wireless connection either, so the can't use this while the switch is docked to display on an external monitor. I would never have wasted my time and money if I knew these details.

After 2 months the trigger "r" is stuck. It's a very cheap piece of plastic.

This is in no way a replacement for Nintendo joycons. It only works in handheld mode. That is because it does not have a battery inside or do data transmission to the CPU, just hard-wiring. That is not clearly stated and not worth it for over $50. That also means it cannot be used for 2 player games or sliding the switch into the docking station.

This item does not work as advertised. It is very difficult to use. I suspect it may be defective and I may have to return it. It was a birthday gift that ended up being a great disappointment.

Tired of your average sized hands cramping up while playing your switch games in portable mode? Want to dock your system and not have to keep removing a grip over and over again? Look no further. The grip could honestly be a little longer like actual controllers, but other than that little gripe it feels great compared to the laughably small buttons and joysticks of the joy-cons. Bought on Amazon, figured might as well be the first to review on Best Buy.

All I am going to say is don’t get these controllers if you have a hard shell case around the console. I have a clear protectant case on my switch to prevent it from getting scratches all over and when I tried to slide on the joy cons they did not slide all the way to connect, and there is no way of forcing them on. I took the case off to see if it would slide on with out the case and they connected. They seriously weren’t thinking about all possibilities when making these pro joycons. Concept is there but they need to work on it some more. So overall, if you have a case on your switch, DO NOT GET THESE.
