I can not review this item because the Geek Squad team DID NOT SHOW UP today. Nor did anyone call or text. After waiting ALL DAY I called the 800 number only to find out they can not make it today and need to reschedule. I lost a day of work for this and it was scheduled well in advance. WE ARE VERY DISAPPOINTED

It comes with a 1 yr warranty and 14 months after we bought it it stops working ...just stops I am so upset!

Great aand simple. Love that it doesn't have a ton of settings. Tech was patient and kind. I asked a lot of questions. His install was done and checked in what seemed a short time. Every thing is great!

Can not control cycles: only heavy/normal

This is not a good designed dishwasher. It has only one button and the only option you can do is heavy or normal wash. Even if you don't want to have heat dry, you can not do that unless you manually stop the cycle in the middle, and no timed wash, no water temperature control, etc. Maybe good for completely new person who never used dishwasher before, or people who don't want any complicated controls. It is not worth the money. I am really surprised that this is not the cheapest among all dishwasher. There are many other brands and other models from Hotpoint that have much better function with cheaper price.

Thank you for your feedback on this model. User experiences with our products matter to us, so we appreciate you taking the time to share. According to the online Owner's Manual, the Everyday Wash cycle takes approximately 1 hr. and 20 minutes. This cycle time does not include the dry portion of the cycle. If you don't want to utilize heated dry, press and hold the Start pad for 3 seconds to cancel the cycle. We would then recommend opening the door to allow the excess steam to escape and enable the dish load to air dry. -Vikki@GEAppliances

Garbage. Is this from a Dollar Store? Total crap. Chincy trays, wheels fall off. Door is flimsy. Not even two years in and its totally dead.
