Son loved it, but brakes went out. Luckily had geek squad protection so he got a new one.

Overall, I think this hover 1 Journey scooter is a solid product. The design is sleek and easy to operate. It has great speed capability, very fun! I love how easy it is to transport around, and how it can fold up nicely to take up less space. The battery life so awesome, I haven’t had to worry about it dying on me. I am very pleased with this purchase and think the price is totally worth it.

Love it! Easy and light to carry when needed. When Charging, plug the adapter into a surge protector, plug it into the scooter and use the surge protectors on/off witch to turn it on. This prevents the battery and adapter from getting an unprotected jolt if you plugged it directly into a wall. I read that this approach is good for all scooter batteries like The Journey uses. Also, you might put one of those laptop cooling fans under the adapter, cause it does get hot wile charging and keeping it cool with a fan, will extend the adapters life. The Hover-1 Journey elegant, fast and powerful and also super fun to ride! Makes my 1/2 mile walk to work a 5 minute street surfing blast! Also, after every ride, wait a couple hours for the battery to cool and then charge it up again. The type of battery it uses maintains best if always kept at a full charge! Scoot on!

Pretty solid but doesn’t seem like it last the rest of time. I got a flat the first three weeks and exchanged it. Additionally the plastic that keeps the scooter folded is falling apart. The power button is also getting pushed in and sinking. Otherwise, it goes fast, the distance is decent, and it has good torque. Suspension is ok.

Bought for my 10 year old as a Christmas present. Handles well, user friendly, and the ride is very smooth. The battery life is pretty good. We haven’t had any problems with it. I actually ride it more than him! The price was a little higher than other places but we didn’t see that until after we purchased it.

We love this scooter - I first tried a scooter with an hourly rental program and I was so excited to own one of my own! We live in a warm weather climate so it’s a fun way to buzz around the neighborhood all year round. And the long range means that we can take it to run quick errands and get around to local shops. I also like that it only goes up to 14 MPH so we feel more comfortable with older kids riding on it. Only downside - it’s nice that it can fold for storage, but it is still not very compact so it’s a little hard to store.

Excellent product with a vibrant pink color. They’re are 2 speed settings. The 2nd one goes at 15mph for my weight (180). It is easy to assemble, comes with a air pump that has not been used yet. There is no doubt you’ll enjoy this product.

So first off the price makes this scooter very affordable and attractive for alot of people with that price mark of around $350.00. Cons: No suspension Weak motor for any type of hill more then a gentle rolling hill it cant climb. First one bought issues with turning on and off with power button. Second throttle stuck wide open and would keep scooter going full steam unless you rolled it back to stopping position. Pro: Affordable Headlight/ led taillight. Charges quick in about 2 hrs from dead Disc rear breaks which help stopping on a dime possible. All around its price margin that makes this a good scooter, but you can tell it's a cheap scooter. For a daily commute I wouldn't recommend it. For giving to your kids to use I would.

It is a great scooter to have. It runs at 15 MPH and has built-in cruise control. Very convenient when running errands. It charges fast and you don’t have to worry about the battery exploding when left overnight. The power stops as soon as battery becomes full

This item is great for going to nearby store when i dont feel like drving. I also use it to cruise down to the beach which is 4 miles from my place. Speedy little scooter. Charge holds up well.

Love my scooter love the color wish it could go alittle faster and keep its speed steady I’m always around 8-11 for speed unless I’m on a Flat road then it’s 15mph it’s fine for what I’ve got but just was looking for faster but who knows if that’s possible with going to a Motorcycle route

The first scooter we purchased had a faulty wire. It wouldn’t turn on. Then we put it back in the box and it turned on. Took it out and nothing. We tried contacting the manufacturer but the only way to communicate was by email and they would return a response in 2-3 business days. We returned the product and exchanged it for a new one. We purchased this so we can use it on our weekend getaways and didn’t have 2-3 days to wait for an email. The second scooter works well. It can easily accommodate children, teens and adults. The only flaw is the power button is flimsy and popped off after a few times of use. The kids were gentle with it too so it’s defiantly a quality issue. Overall it’s a great, fun product!

Been searching for e scooters after we used one in Sd. We love it. We like using it by the beach, a nice stroll. We changed the tires coz it became flat after 2 mos. Other than that, it’s good.

This is a great scooter. Really fast, it’s built well and is very sturdy. I gave it four stars only because one of the mounting holes for the handle bars does not line up correctly and It’s impossible to get a screw in the hole.

This is a super fun scooter that has me riding all over town. I've only had it for 2 weeks and have already blown the back tire. I've ordered a replacement solid tire and plan to get this thing running again soon.

Unbelievable Fantastic! Love this so much! Great on the bike path, at the beach and around my property. I definitely recommend. So HAPPY I bought for myself.

I have no real need for this scooter. I bought it more as a toy. However, the range of miles I can travel to is more than enough for me. It is of an average quality easy to use and the battery lasts long enough for me.

I bought this scooter to commute 3 miles each day to and from work and for fun. I have had it for about 1.5 months and so far I haven't had much problems. It did shut down on me once while going full speed but it slowed The scooter down to a stop first, so I didn't get hurt. I haven't had an issue since. Overall, I have gotten the scooter to go up to 16mph which is more than the speed stated on the box. As for range, I say it last about 5-6 miles tops. The battery is a little disappointing but it's also $400 not a more expensive scooter so it is okay for the price. It's a near 1 for 1 copy of the Xiaomi mi scooter except for the battery.

We bought this for our daughters 10th birthday and she absolutely loves it. Super easy to assemble. Our review is based on a little girl zipping up and down the street with this and not someone commuting a few miles to work with it. I have no idea how long a charge lasts because she plugs it in the minute the built in charge display drops one bar. It's well built and pretty stable but it can still be dangerous. She's wiped out twice hitting uneven pavement. What doesn't kill you makes you stronger - and smarter.
