This is a great fun scooter. I was surprised that it goes kinda fast on level roads about 15 mph. So far no problems and I had the scooter over a month now. Good buy!!

This white decent color is cool for kid or teenage. It’s lightweight and easy to fold. Worth to purchase.

This is one purchase that I would again execute! I bought this scooter for my 12 year old son and I’ve caught myself plenty of times taking a stroll on it.

Great scooter. Easy to put together, easy to maneuver. Excellent battery life, but tested it out and can use as kick scooter if battery dies.

Easy set up. However, after riding it 3x there is a grinding metal noise while riding. Not satisfied.

I believe there is a design flaw in the tires. The front tire the valve is hard to pump air because it’s inside the tire. When pumping it it’s really hard to not lose any air when removing the pump leaving tire not fully pumped all the time. Back tire would only last about 10-15min ride then flat again. Item was returned few days after purchased.

We bought this scooter for my son's birthday back in August, I think he road it about 8-10 times before the latch that holds the handle bar upright started coming unhinged while riding. I didn't pay for Best Buy support (it added a quarter of the price ($100) to the price of the scooter) and expected if anything happened in the short-term it would be handled by Hover 1....big mistake. I filled out their online form (description of the problem, uploaded receipt, uploaded pics of scooter, etc) and waited. 8 days later I still had not heard from anyone. Can't call them, only email. I did eventually hear back with their apologetic response. It's now been over a month and still no resolution. Bottom line is, the price of the scooter at Best Buy is $500 not $400, you don't want to have to rely on the manufacturer's warranty based on my experience with them.

I bought one of these to use for getting around the city and for a while, it did alright. It had nowhere near a 16 mile range though and I am a 170lb male. I plugged it in usually every other night as I didnt drive it far. I made sure to maintain it well. It conveniently one day decided to stop charging less than a month outside of the 3 month warranty. I couldn't even get a human response from Hover, I got a generic email basically saying that sucks but your warranty is up. Shame on me for not noticing a $350 scooter only comes with a 3 month warranty, and shame on Hover for selling a product with a 3 month warranty. That should be a red flag right there that they dont believe in the longevity of their products. I will never buy a Hover product again, and I strongly recommend you do not either. If the product didnt break it would only get 3 stars as the battery was not good and it barely made it up decent hills above 5 mph. Maybe I had a defective one from the start....but I would expect a lot better customer service from a company selling a $350 product.

Was easy to assemble. After Initial charge, everything powered up and it ran great. Has a hard time on big hills though. Battery lasts.

Use this to get around on the Lake Erie Islands. Fits into the airplane and lasts all day. So far good 1 month into it.

I purchased this scooter on the 7th of this month July and the tires have gone flat 3 times both front and rear and they won't take it back and its only the 26th, not even 30 days yet. My family and i will never shop at bestbuy again after this bad experience. To much money lost for.

This scooter is great and faster than expected. The speed can be adjusted has held up well so far!

Bought this item about a couple months ago at Best Buy. Spent about 435.00 for it. Didn't know that Best Buy's return policy was limited to 15 days after purchase. Scooter got a flat around 3 weeks after purchase. They make it to where you can't repair it yourself by conventional means. Also my battery stopped working. Tried contacting customer service (from their company), however, they take real long to communicate back. Still waiting on what to do with my purchase now. Feel like I wasted 435.00 on nothing and on people that won't even help me.
