All responses point to a very happy 9 year old. He rode it all day long Christmas day and continues today. A nice product that proformed as it should right out of the box. I'm pleased with it and I know he is too.

Screw standoffs broke right off shell. Best Buy is excellent and returned the product. I ordered a replacement and the sensors were bad out of the box.

Bad company customer service

I have contacted the company(which is difficult) and they are not helpful either. They want a video of what it is doing! I am afraid for her safety when using it! Best Buy only allows a 2 wk window for returning it! Unhappy customer!
