Product defective and caused safety hazard!

One side of the hoverboard was beeping and blinking red then the hoverboard shuts down. Was able to turn it back on a couple more times but then it malfunctions and turns off, basically throwing you off the board. I put in a ticket with manufacturer and they told me to return to BB since it’s still within the return window. They did not even try troubleshooting so it must be a defective product. Too bad because the Gunmetal looked cool and would have been fun for my son and I. I don’t know if I can trust this brand again.

Interior support broke within 2 months

This hoverboard is rated up to 220 pounds and was being used by someone half that weight. One night there was a loud crack and the hoverboard became unusable because it was sagging in the middle. I advise others to steer clear of Hover-1 and find a more reputable brand.
