    I am not a chrome user and have struggled with it. I have already been back to Geek Squad 3 times to transfer files from my old laptop to my new one and show me how to use the new one. I have an appointment Monday to return my laptop and purchase a new one with microsoft and have the files transferred. Service has been great!

    It has been useful but disappointing. The mouse area barely works. I have to buy a mouse to attach to get proper support. When certain apps load it doesn’t give you the side bar to scroll up or down. Thought that I would get through task quicker.

    It’s ok, the battery lasts long. It’s a touch as well. The only downfall is the screen. It’s dark. Even on the brightest setting you can’t see very well. That’s the only down fall to this laptop. 6/10.
