I bought one like last year and it worked fine and I though this one was gonna be just like that one but no it stops every time I watch movies and it turns off randomly for no reason. Not buying from here ever again

So far so good. A bit on the heavy side but a great price for the product.

Good in a pinch, but is occasionally slow and butters during video calls.

I didn’t want or order a refurbished Chromebook. No where in the add says refurbished. It came in a cardboard box not factory sealed and definitely used. If you’re selling used devices you need to state that the device is used. I wouldn’t have bought this one at all. I would’ve bought Apple on Black Friday if I new this!

Unfortunately, the very poor screen resolution gives me headache every time I use it.

Battery runs extremely hot. Battery life is less than prior Chromebook. Screen resolution so-so. Grey keys are difficult to see at night.

Doesn’t work well with Pioneer DJ equipment, doesn’t work well with Apple devices, it’s okay for a beginner.

It’s cheaply made. The keys stick and and you can hear them. it cost to much.

Very slow processing time, but for the price it works find.

I was excited about the initial back to school low price, but I had to return this. It's not as described, it's effectively a glorified android phone. It only runs programs through the app store and was not helpful for my classes. I ended up buying an actual laptop instead.

Ridiculously complex to even log in. To establish use for my children I had to create email accounts and go through my phone and email. Then Google blocked their accounts. I then had to appeal to open them. Every time they use the computer I have to be available

good chromebook for the price but the camera stopped working

This came with an incorrectly matched power cord. It doesn't charge the laptop. I bought a second laptop at the same time and am using one power cord to charge both laptops intermittently. It's very inconvenient!

Would not recommend, very low processing power, can’t have too many tabs or download too many files. Not what I was expecting (but that is my fault for not understanding the product before buying!)

So disappointed on this chromebook ! you cannot do anything on it. I don't recommend even if it is cheap

The screen ( display) is constantly flickering and color fades in and out, software issue or hardware defect. Horrible graphics and annoying. Best Buy should be offering to replace it at no cost!
