I use my Chromebook mainly for work and school. I don’t really download anything but I love how compact it is and easy to slide into my purse whenever needed along with my babies things as well. I would definitely recommend this Chromebook if you are interested in leaning towards on the go work or if you just want something light and simple.

I have been using Chromebook for about five years after a long time of only Apple products, My last two were Lenova which I was very happy with. When it came time for a new one this year I decided to go an HP 2-in-1 The computer, like all Chromebooks is very easy to use and the HP, for the most part is a very good computer, but: It is poorly made. If the edge of the computer is touching anything when you click the touch pad it sticks This can be very annoying. You can not rest your hands on the bottom edge of the computer and the plastic below the touch pad bends with the slightest pressure. The display is also an issue. If you are not looking at the screen from a certain the picture is washed out. Whenever I have to change positions I have to adjust the screen. And then there are the keys. they are light blue and the letters are printed in an off white (almost white) so if you use the computer in soft or little light you need a flashlight to read them. Unless there are some improvements my next purchase will not be HP.

After using my first laptop that had been running for twelve years still using Windows 8.1 until it officially stopped for good, this handy Chromebook has been all that I have needed to handle the things I like to do. Sadly I can't connect my old portable computer DVD player to it for movies or CD music; but it has been a decade. I like the portability of this laptop so much lighter and easier to take around then the old computer. Maybe in the future I will get a gaming version of the Chromebook, but I am very happy this one is working very well for me.

Works perfectly for what I need. No complaints about the speed or battery life.

This laptop is exactly what I needed. Something for school. The WebCam works properly, the computer works properly, it is fast enough to do everything I need. Obviously if you know anything about laptops, this isn’t something that you want for gaming or using a lot of memory storage. But if you’d like something that’s functional and affordable for simple things like writing papers, researching etc. this works great. Also, for the price I paid I was impressed with the battery life!

I got this HP 14” Chromebook mainly for simple stuff like browsing, emails, YouTube, and Google Docs. It’s not super powerful, but it does the job if you don’t need anything fancy. I was surprised it has 256GB of storage — that’s a lot for a Chromebook, and really helpful for saving files. It’s lightweight and the battery lasts most of the day. Only downside is it can be a little slow if you open too many tabs, but that’s expected with 4GB RAM. Overall, it’s a solid option if you’re looking for something affordable and easy to use.

Perfect for light work, emails, and web browsing. It boots fast and the keyboard feels comfortable for typing. It’s not meant for heavy apps, but for simple daily use it gets the job done without any issues. Super lightweight too.

The hp chrome book is such an easy to use laptop. The battery life is long and charging time is only 45 minutes! I love how fast it works.

This laptop is easy to use and very convenient for me. The battery life is amazing. I used my computer for 48 hours before it lost its battery. It’s very easy to use, the google chrome installation is definitely a plus. I would recommend this product for anyone in school or working.

We needed a less powerful notebook alternative for the grandkids school projects. I didn't want to go all in on a full blown laptop so I went with this Chromebook and was surprised at how it handled the necessary tasks for their projects and I didn't have to layout a lot of cash. This Chromebook was a great fit for my grade school grandkids.

For me, this was a major purchase, even though it was on sale,as I do not earn much.But I love this beautiful laptop, it runs smoothly and efficiently and I found it was very easy to learn how to operate, even though I am a senior and not too bright on this new technology. So to you, Best Buy, I give my thanks for such a wonderful purchase!

Perfect size chromebook computer for me. It works well is easy to use & small enough and easy for me to handle. I don't play games so I can't speak to that but good for my needs.

Perfect for what I intended it for. Didn’t need anything too powerful. Just for emails, streaming sometimes and personal use. Battery life is great, display quality is okay. Would recommend if you’re not using for gaming or editing photos and videos.

This is the first Chromebook I have ever dealt with. I bought it as a gift for my wife, for our 52nd wedding anniversary. You must understand, my wife and electronics will never have a very close relationship. In fact, it's more of a hate hate relationship. After I set up the computer for her, got her logged into Google and Facebook, and plugged in a traditional, she has been able to find her way to the programs she likes to use. She no longer stays out late at night playing bingo, till 7:00 or 8:00. She has found new recipes to try, so it's goodbye to Top Ramen and hot dogs.. We have gotten rid of the slide rule and abacus, and we're down to only one calendar on the wall. Thank you chromebook, for saving our marriage.
