My daughter love this chrome book it have great quality!!

Great for office and home use. The touch screen is super helpful when editing photos and making logos. Over all a good laptop.

This chromebook was worth the money. Its fast, the graphics on it are great for web browsing and watching shows on like paramount plus, hulu, etc... if you are looking for something that is great for web browsing and watching Apps or You Tube, this is a great device. The 14inch screen is a plus, as i had an 11.5 before. Im very impressed with the quality of this little machine

I needed a new laptop for personal and work and I used someone else’s Google Chrome and loved it. My only issue is is that when I use the right click on the pad it doesn’t work so I had to purchase a wireless mouse and it also says that it is touchscreen I went on YouTube to try to troubleshoot the touchscreen myself, followed all steps and it’s still not working. I’ll be contacting Best Buy. Outside of that it works perfectly.

Does what it’s supposed to. I replaced an older Chromebook because my daughter needed it for school. The old one was slower and now it’s better. I did read reviews and one person gave it a bad review because it was slow when it came to playing games. These are not made for playing games.

Great computer, pickup was super easy and fast. The chrome book is perfect for school, good processing time, with great resolution. Gig for memory is good, only slight down fall is the mouse pad isn't the greatest, but overall function is awesome.

The laptop is the best one I’ve owned since my college days. I love the touchscreen. It’s a great laptop for everyday tasks and has perfect battery life.

I came in store looking for a laptop and found this chrome book. The employee I spoke with explained the questions I had about it clearly and I'm pretty satisfied with the purchase and prompt and friendly service. I also got this while on sale which is awesome. It does exactly what I need it to do like google. Nothing over the top fancy, but perfect for students and has really good battery life.

this Chromebook from HP works pretty good on your web-based applications such as office 365 or Google docs

Good "bang for the buck". It is portable, dependable and does what I need it to do.

I got these for my kids course work for this school year. They are pretty basic which is great- they don’t need a MAC. lol Easy to set up- you do need a google account. Took less than 10 min for each. Solid. And the charging port is just a type C so easy peazy

Very happy with the Chromebook and how easy it is to use. I live that it doesn't take long to charge and the battery life is amazing.

The best laptop hands down! I haven’t had a laptop in a very long time & I’m super grateful to have this one! Great for all my school work & my kids absolutely love using it to play their games. I would absolutely recommend this laptop & would absolutely buy again.
