My use of computers is limited,as I merely web surf as a guest on my own device. No social media; just news music & other videos. I appreciate this guest option as it protects my privacy. This device does all I need it to. My main complaint is that the battery isn't repairable or easily replaceable, as that dies every 2 or 3 years, and then I have to buy another computer, adding to the waste stream.

I ordered my product from Best Buy during Black Friday and received my order in 1 day. Everything was boxed and packaged correctly and product was just as I imagined. Will shop at Best buy for all my electronic needs!

It’s nothing fancy. But it’s definitely not a bad laptop. It gets the job done and I recommend it as a starter computer for you little ones for school to get them familiar with that kind of technology. It is a little slow but overall decent.

The computer is fine so far but we have tried for 3 days to download the free virus control. You should just have this automatically put in there it’s been horrible. Just paying a tech guy (that didn’t plan to do) to do it - it’s ridiculous. I’d recommend the computer but needs just to have anti virus already in it Will put yes for recommend but that’s only for the computer itself
