I like the computer overall. I wish the keyboard had lights.

I have no idea if it works. I never even opened it.
Saw that it didn't have a port for printer and tried to return it but the return window is 15 days.
15 days! I can't think of another business that gives such a limited return time. Now I am stuck with a laptop I can't use.....
Fine for light work but can feel sluggish at times

Con:
-Feels laggy
-Low Storage
-Touchpad seems less responsive
-Gets warm
The laptop is light with an all textured plastic body. Even though it’s sturdy, it does feel somewhat cheap. Not sure how durable the plastic is, but mine already had a scratch out of the box. There’s two USB ports and one USB-C port, which is also used for charging. There’s also an HDMI out and a headphone jack. There’s no vents and so far I haven’t heard any fan noise kicking in, but the downside is that it gets warm rather quickly. Even when not really doing any task, it gets warm enough that if you have it in your lap, it can start to feel uncomfortable.
The screen is fine. It’s not the brightness but enough to do work tasks and good enough for watching videos. The speakers are, again, good enough to get by but they do sound hollow. Using the touchpad was somewhat annoying. The outer edges don't seem to register touch so there are a lot of missed clicks.
Using Chrome OS for the first time, it took a bit to get used to it when coming from Windows. Your choice of software is much more limited. If you mostly use apps within the Google Ecosystem, then this is a viable option. A nice thing is that a lot of the Google ecosystem is cloud based and doesn’ need to be installed, which doesn’t eat into the limited storage. There are more apps available on the Play Store, but some apps are only available as mobile versions so it doesn’t look great on a laptop. Apps like VLC player don't work that great compared to its desktop version. Since Chrome OS supports Linux, more choices are available if you’re willing to mess with Linux and the terminal command prompts. Performance varies with this particular model, which leads to the one of the negative. Given the specs, the laptop can feel laggy even doing simple tasks. While booting up or waking is snappy, opening chrome or loading YouTube feels like it takes a second or two longer than it should. It can’t really do heavier tasks other than browser based apps or streaming.
Battery life is good. In the few days that I’ve had it, I only needed to charge it once with intermittent use. Watching videos and browning around did impact the battery life that much.
For the intended use and price, I think it’s enough for school or office work. It’s light and the OS isn’t too demanding. Main complaints are that it does feel sluggish at times, it gets warm quickly, and the touchpad is not that responsive.

This chromebook is...fine, but not suitable for multitasking. And when I say multitasking, I was not able to sufficently run google documents or drive, while having youtube music going. It seemed to stutter and have a hard time with any type of media.

I bought this laptop for basic word processing and minor web surfing. At $150, I think I overpaid. This thing takes forever to open a new tab. Oh, it'll get there. Eventually.
