It works but we had an issue with the screen in the 1st 6 months. Spend a little more to get a better chromebook

It's slow and pages take forever to load. Unfortunatly, I can't take it back because I didn't realize that I had only 2 weeks after purchase to return it. I've had other Chromebooks, and they were decent, but this one is slower than my 3-year old Kindle Fire.

We have had so many problems with this product, we are actually going to exchange it. We believe it was returned previously because there was extra tape on the box .

It is so outdated it barely functions. I was late returning it so I just left it at Best Buy to recycle it. Literally threw away $150. Also, the return experience was so awful I think I'm done buying from Best Buy.

It just feels cheap. I know for the price I shouldn’t expect much but I thought that would be in processing speed, memory, things like that. This feels like a laptop for a kindergartener. The screen quality is like 3 decades ago. I was only going to use it to run some excel products. I returned it.

Chromebook is not turning on after purchasing it 3 weeks ago.

Terrible laptop couldn’t even have 2 google chromes open at once without it freezing or crashing

Did not last very long. Poor quality products were used. No trade in value.

4th or 5th in 1 year. Switched to Mac. It just works.

Don’t really buy this you can’t do anything,can’t download thing or really do anything really boring don’t recommend

Had to bring it back the second day I bought it to get it re-programmed since then it’s been fine

the display is dull, the color is drab, and it needs something to give images depth.

My daughter wasn't rough with it bt the screen went black when she closed it..it looks shattered. Very cheaply made.

I do not recommend this product , I purchased this for school and couldn’t use it all the internet sources I tried were not compatible sent various messages and tried contacting customer service which was no help . Save yourself the head ache

The volume stopped working within 3 months. I would not recommend this product.

Worked for a few days then wouldn’t even turn on. Disappointed. Actually bought two, the other is still working.

I've owned laptops for almost 30 years, and Chromebook is by far the worst. So many things taken for granted on Windows ... no Snip Tool, CDs and DVDs won't play from external drives . . .

Battery died after 3 weeks of ownership. Don't waste your time or money, spend more and stay away from chromebooks.

Not very intuitive to use. It will take time of the user to get use to this laptop.
