    My 86 year old mother still has not received her BEST BUY gift delivery. It was supposed to be there buy 12/20 23, It still hasn't been delivered and today is 1/2/24. I have texted and spoke with several people and nothing has been done, the tracking still says delayed?????!!!!!!

    It was fine until I downloaded the anti-virus and then it broke like you can do anything with it.

    Froze and quit working 2 weeks and 4 days after I received it. 4 Days after I could return it. Junk do not buy. Should of ordered on Amazon.

    Purchased on Dec 12 and it stopped working on February 1 due to what Best Buy states is a warranty defect. Not allowed to return nor exchange. 5-6 weeks to be repaired and had to pay an additional 150$ for an extended repair. This device was purchased for academic work, not enjoyment. Extremely disappointed in both product and service.

    Print is "fuzzy" as well as images, started about 2 months purchsed in May. Looking into warranty info now.

    5 months old and hinge needs to be repaired and not covered by warranty. Computer does not travel but sits on desk. Very disappointed!!!

    Had trouble connecting to my internet & had a computer person check it out & found out it was the chromebook not my internet. Would not recommend this chromebook. Was able to get an Acer chromebook from another store & it works wonderfully.

    It broke the day I got it extremely disappointed it ended my messenger call the screen had lines through it then it stopped then it does it again
