    Laptop was lost in deli set and it’s been a pain in the butt to get it taken care of. I will never order online from best buy again.

    Chrome books sucks . Very limited and not good at all would never buy another one let alone a a Chromebook I am very disappointed in my purchase

    This Chromebook has the worst display ever. All I can say is you get what you pay for. Leave this at the store where it belongs. Cheap, cheap, cheap.

    After a month of usage this Chromebook wont start. Brought to the store they couldn't help me. Called HP they helped me but this isn't right for a "new device"

    I had to return this item back. I couldn’t set it up. I had to keep running updates on it within the 1st couple of hours trying to set it up.
