Perfect for a person that is not too tech savvy….z

I can give this laptop no more than a 3 star rating. It's fine for general use, which for me is email, chat and general internet browsing. I do find the display quality a bit washed out which takes some of the enjoyment of using the laptop. But my biggest issue is that I discovered too late that it has a 2029 end of life date, which means in 5 years it is bricked, with no further security or feature updates. My lesson learned is to check the EOL date before making any Chromebook purchases.

The HP Chromebook was exactly as I expected. I would have rated it 5 Stars if the keyboard characters were colored black rather than gray Black would have made them more distinctive versus the gray which is too close to the key color.

I ordered it online on July 5th and the shipping was supposed to arrive July 10th but I was surprised that it arrived 2 days after I purchased it so it arrived on July 7th. Overall, it has worked fine and I am glad to finally have my own computer for school and work.

It's a good computer for the price , I did not realize that Chromebooks had limitations on apps you could download however and it also kind of stinks that the keyboard does not light up because you can't really see it in the dark

Bought Chromebook for my 91 year old mother...looking for a product that was suitable for her age, ie easy to use, lightweight, and clear readable display. This unit fits the bill perfectly!

I bought this a couple of weeks ago. I had the snow white version of this and loved it, it was the best laptop I have ever had. I saw this was a duplicate and was on sale, so I purchased it. The quality is not the same. It goes black and freezes. Luckily, I am able to restart it. I have only owned this laptop a couple of weeks, so that is fast to see problems. I would exchange or return but I don't want to deal with the Best Buy return policy.

Keys are a little sticky, so I have to retype the words as they will be misspelled. Fine for our purposes, but would recommend trying something different.

It's purfect I can take it anywhere and is super useful especially for the kids to use during school

Absolutely love it. Multiple windows streaming at once no problem. Wanted pc with hdmi output and got everything I wanted.

I bought this for my sister and she absolutely loves this laptop. Was very affordable and gets the job done.

Haven't had it long enough to tell you about the product.....

Issues with cutting it on. I have to press & hold the button several times for it to finally cut on. Also the key placement is different from a normal keyboard, which is weird. So I often type the wrong thing. It doesn’t seem to like keeping the charger in. Mine works best when you take the charger out & let the battery power dim.

Better than expected.. Great for people in school.

Keyboard kinda hard to read but overall is good. Customer service was great.
