My daughter loves this laptop ! Easy to set up and use ~ never a problem ~ speed is great ~ easy to maneuver around !

Light weight and easy to take anywhere. Great for browsing Internet and school work using cloud.

Doesn't have tons of memory so can't have too many windows open simultaneously but for light web browsing or streaming video it is perfect!

I purchased this device for my 89 year old, tech savvy, mother. I needed something that simply worked and was low on tech support. I am absolutely surprised at how fast this machine is compared with IOS and Windows. Fast performance, quick on, quick off. Everything about the device is perfect for the need and the price is great. The sign it is good... my mother keeps telling me how great the device is. We are both happy.

The Chromebook is very easy to use and great if you mainly use google docs and gmail (as that is the system the computer uses.) The only downfall of it is that you cannot download games or certain things on to the machine. You can download some apps off of the google store, but it's not a great gaming computer.

You can only use chrome and google docs on this laptop-like device. I love that it's super lightweight and I really love that it's so easy to use. When I got it home, all I had to do was sign in with my gmail address and it was ready to go. SO easy to use. I bought this computer because my laptop got a virus the night before finals and died. So, I appreciated that my new chromebook was cheap and very easy to use. This will be my computer to travel with. Battery life is also good--another plus. That being said, I couldn't use this as my only computer. I'm having difficulty connecting this computer to my printer since it's not a cloud printer. You can print on classic printers, supposedly, but I haven't been able to get mine to work yet. The other issue is that I can't use word docs. I love that google docs save automatically and you don't have to worry about loosing your documents, but google docs just simply don't have all things I need for writing an essay (formatting, etc). So, as a college student, I'll bring this laptop to class and use it as a backup, but it will not be only only computer. I'm also a HUGE fan of geek squad. They've gotten me out of many tight binds. On this laptop, they can't do their usual magic and connect directly to your computer, since this little chromebook can't handle the applications they use. So, don't expect geek squad to come save you, if, say, you have printer issues. :( Yes, it's great. No, it is not a laptop.

My husband and I were looking for a very simple computer to surf and do documents on. This computer has worked so well!! The battery life is outstanding, and the computer is great overall. Only thing is, it doesnt have a CD/DVD drive. However, we didnt care because we just wanted something very simple. If youre looking for an easy, simple and straightforward computer. This is it! We are beyond impressed.

I was looking for something that would be just for browsing on internet and checking email without the hassle of computer tech work. I am a non-techie. So far, I have been able to browse the internet, check my emails, stream live church services and experiment with library movie rentals. I have bought this knowing that I will not be able to do a lot of offline work but I have not even explored the offline work possibilities as everything that i want to do are online work anyways.

This is a great computer. It is perfect for surfing the Web, online gaming and creating documents. Chrome OS is simple and easy to use. However there is no disc drive and the memory is small. Those issue are easily fixed with buying an external drive and disc drive. Our who family is able to use this computer with no issues.

Got this system to use for quick note taking and paper writing in class. It is super easy to use in both online and offline mode. They keyboard is a much nicer size vs. other Chrombooks and I feel like I'm using a traditional laptop. No complaints with this system.

This is the perfect item to own if you use google in the classroom. Our school has a one to one crome book innatitive and as a teacher I wanted something that had a bigger screen. This is perfect for everything I need to do for my classroom. I would recommend this to any teacher wanting to use crome books in the classroom.

This HP 14" Chromebook is all that I expected and more. The simplicity and highly intuitive functions make this a perfect tool for a non-techy boomer like myself. Setup? Just power up and go. Super easy wireless hookup with my new printer. I use it for keeping business spreadsheets up to date, light gaming and browsing with excellent results.
