Works great. Bought it for school. Does all I need it to do. Surf the web, write papers, Skype..... Does it all. As long as your not a gamer you should be good to go.

This is my first laptop. It is lightweight. The touch pad doesn't auto respond like what happens with pcs. I got it for school and the only complaint I have is that goggle docs - which I love cause it is so much simpler than word - is that it won't let me format headers differently for the 2nd page. But that is it. That is my only complaint.

This is lightweight, user friendly and a great value.

I love this laptop. I bought it specifically for homework since I'm currently a college student but there's much more to this laptop. I use it a lot for Netflix and it gets the job done. And no problems when it comes to doing my online work. Really good laptop overall!

Understand that a chromebook is not a laptop. It is a budget device that is used to meet certain needs. If you like having a larger screen then this is the best chromebook I have used. I use the 4gb version of this device for my personal use and it is a good device. Good keyboard, solid feel.

I attend an online school. I purchased this for that purpose only. I loved the Chromebook and it would have worked for me but the tests I take online require a PC. The only thing I hope they come up with is a way to dualboot into Windows. It would have saved me a lot of money.

I use this computer for online shopping, bill pay, and other casual uses. This is the best computer for such use in my opinion. My only complaint would be the conversion of microsoft word docs to google docs. It is not very compatible with the Microsoft docs.

My 10yr. daughter has found this laptop extremely easy to utilize. It's the perfect size for transporting to and from Grandma's house when she goes for sleepovers, and is absolutely perfect for her online-schooling (as a home-schooled student). Love the fact that it cannot be "attacked" by viruses, as her last 2 laptops have been!!

First chromebook and love it. Send email and do schoolwork (college) on it. Took a bit getting to know it, but speed and reliability are great. Bestbuy employee helped me provided alot of knowlege...would not have purchased this from any other store. A must have.

The HP Chromebook offers a really nice screen size for the price. Only four stars because newer Chromebooks are offering higher resolution screens that give a much better viewing experience. But overall very happy with the specs for the price.

Because I do a great deal of family history research using online resources the HP Chromebook is a perfect tool. It is not only inexpensive, it is light weight, easy to access to WiFi, and because it is not encumbered by a multitude of occasionally used software it only needs the automatic updates instead of regular debugging.

I did not take the product out of the box as it was a Christmas gift. But based on the price I give it 5 stars. I was attracted to the product for junior high or high school students who mostly use Google Docs. Add to the fact that lots of people use Android phone and the integration process should be a piece of cake.

This chrome book is the BEST! I use it primarily for access to the internet and email. Booting up and shutting down is extremely fast. The screen size is great .

Awesome computer couldn't have asked for anything better only down side is when I bought it I didn't know that iTunes wasn't compatable with chrome book but I love it so far

Bought this for my daughter for college. Nice computer. Fast and great for what a college kid needs it for.

The chromebook is the type of computer most schools are bringing into the classroom. I picked this up as a Christmas present for my daughter and she knew how to use it the minute she turned it on. It is quite different from other laptops, but it works great for schoolwork and for using Google docs.

Great use for internet and simple applications. Easy to use and safe. My daughter uses it regularly and has no issues. Network speed is great. Startup is almost immediate which is great for quick lookups.

We use these at work and have several of the original Samsung versions, but for a little extra thought we would try this and have been very pleased with it. Better keyboard and screen. Seems to be more stable as well

What a great decision I've made purchasing this Chromebook. It is so fast, no maintenance and perfect for my Geneaology research, internet searches and photos. Great buy.
