I bought this laptop to use for work. It has everything I need for the basic day work and with stay at home for COVID19 I‘ve had crystal clear connections and display with zoom and Skype meetings.

This computer was a great purchase it has been working well so far to do basic online browsing and allow my kids to do their online school work. The battery is lasts about 3-4 hours which is great.

Granddaughters laptop it does everything she needs and more quality is good but not as fast as a higher priced model. You get what you pay for and in this case maybe a little more.

I bought this laptop to travel with. It is light and easy to carry through security. I bought it during the black Friday sale, the price was reasonable and thus far it has performed without incident.

I was looking for a replacement computer for our college student and after shopping around a bit and looking at computers that were out of our price range we settled upon this little gem that does everything that our son needs for it to do for college

Our thirteen year old wanted a laptop for Christmas, and this was a great combination of functionality and price. It works well with the games he plays which don't require a high end gaming laptop. Set-up was easy and build quality appears to be good.

This computer is exactly what we were looking for with exception of a touch screen. But for the price we will become accustomed without it as we once were; especially after receiving a credit of $80.00 after our initial purchase. We’re very satisfied

This laptop has exceeded my expectations with all that it can do for the price. I don’t use it for much but I now know that I can. It’s lightweight and sleek. I would recommend this device if you do not need to use it for anything major.

Replaced both kids 7-9 year old laptops. They are mid-20s and this laptop works well for streaming and their other needs. One upgraded memory and made it a gaming laptop... loves it.

I love this laptop. It has been working for a few years now. And it is still running good. As with most Windows products you do need to restore it and start fresh to clean it up but after doing so it performs great.

Purchased as a gift for a middle school student. very light, easy to carry. Start up in < 30 seconds, running win 10. Only dislike is HD storage 128gb. But you can add an External SSD drive via USB. I went with the San Disk Ext 2 TB . Excellent product. Haven’t needed to upgrade Ram because this win 10 version needs less resources to Run. You can also get an External DVD RW, for a nice add on or utilize USB drives so you can separate storage like Music on one and school on another, movies , pictures, etc... To buy a Laptop with all inclusive would have been $600 plus but going with the HP and extras was $ around $350.00. Would def recommend!

Lightweight laptop that is good for basic use - email, internet surfing etc. The keyboard is configured differently with the backspace and home buttons next to each other, making it confusing.

We were hesitant about not being able to go into the store to see it in person...happy we purchased it. In the past we have spent way more on computers/laptops and am surprised for the price how well we like this one. So far so good.

This laptop does everything I need for a at home retired woman who still does and uses Office 365. It's a good laptop with sharp graphics and works fast and the pixels are nice and sharp. The price was so reasonable for what I needed it for.

I bought this to use only for working at home. I use it on WiFi and is fine for internet searches and running the program I need for work. The speakers are okay, not great but hey it’s a laptop. My only complaint is the Bluetooth connectivity - the range is short and I’ve had issues with audio consistently playing through a Bluetooth speaker without interruptions (static). I do have an AC jack that I’ve used to directly connect the speaker to the laptop (via headphone port) which gives me an alternative. But the whole point of Bluetooth is convenience and less cords! Good machine for general use at this price point.

My mom needed something she could use to check her emails and have access to Word easily. This laptop does all that and more for her needs. I've also seen where this laptop can be upgraded so that makes it's long term value increase.

Good quality entry level laptop. Quality is pretty good for the price. Need to take Windows out of S mode to get it working efficiently for getting more apps/games but otherwise this is a good entry level machine or for kids for school.

Great offer PC. one year of teaching remotely with it. Presentations or apps runs fine. It feels a little ligth and plastic, for for the price it can be expected.

I haven’t really had a laptop in years so I don’t really know which one is best. I got this one based on reviews. We use it for my daughters school works and it gets the job done .
