This is a great laptop for the price! The speed on this laptop is very good and easily multitasks. The finish on this laptop is nice and looks and feels like a much more expensive one. Screen viewing is quite good for the user, only extreme corner angles can look a little dark as expected for this price point. All in all this is a great product. Please note it comes in Windows 10 S, so you will have to turn off the S mode if you want to install other non-S software.

I bought this laptop since I work at home a couple of days per week. Great laptop. Love the keyboard. Price was right! Could not go wrong, especially since this is a HP brand.

The product is really slow, hangs when you have multiple pages open but ok for the price. If you want something cheap that can work. this is good. the audio is also good!

This thing is perfect for what I need it to do. Checking emails, following up on extra work that needs to be done from, browsing the web, watching YouTube videos. It is a little slow out of the box, as expected when turning on a new computer. After a day or two of updates and time on things sped up a little. I did take it out of S Mode after a week or so. The speed performance actually improved once I did that. I downloaded google chrome and other google extensions like Honey and add blockers. Great for what I need it to do and great video quality, too, when watching HD videos online.

THIS COMPUTER WAS EASY TO SETUP AND PERFORMS VERY WELL SO FAR...IT MEETS ALL MY NEEDS AND IS VERY GOOD FOR THE PRICE...EASY TO TRANPORT FROM LOCATION TO LOCATION.

Love the laptop so far! Wish it had a number pad on the side but that was my fault for not paying attention! Easy to use and set up was great and hassle free. The size and weight makes it easy to carry.

Bought this for work on sale for 199.99. Great price for what I needed it. Is still a little slow. Maybe needed to come with with 8 gigs of RAM instead of 4.

I bought this laptop for my grandson to do homework on but it has become so much more. He plays games and I use it for zoom. It is fast and the price was perfect. I would recommend it to anyone.

I bough it for kids studying at home. It was not a fast laptop but it was decent for normal use. So far it was meet our need and good price.

for the price this laptop isn’t bad, can be a little slow at times, but works well for video conferencing and just basic internet browsing

This is my first laptop,I got it to play some games, do some school work,browse and shop on the internet and to learn microsoft office. The display is pretty decent could be 1080p but it looks good for. Netflix and light games no complaints there. Easy to use my only complaint is I wish it came with 8gb ram but you can upgrade it from what I've seen on youtube pretty easily the hardest part is getting it open. Very happy with my purchase and I recommend it. Camera is good not great but it works for what I need.

Purchased this an alternative to the desktop computer. I wanted something light and simple to use. The amount of storage is on the low side but that is expected with most entry level solid state drives. The RAM is on the low side as well. Adding more RAM isn't the easiest thing to do but if you have some confidence it isn't impossible. I added an additional 8gigs of RAM and it flies now. I also have a 2T portable drive for additional storage. I have not gone as far as converting it to the normal Windows 10 program.

Both my hands cover all the keys, I like how thin and light it is to carry, has long battery life, better than any other that I've purchased. I love it's overall size and weight.

this PC does everything i want and need for my business and web searching, light weight with good look, definitely recommend it. great price and came with free virus protection

Bought this for my daughter (college) after her Mac book screen died. Did as suggested in other reviews and expanded the RAM with an 8GB card. Looked it up on YouTube and it wasn’t hard to do. Did figure out that I had to put the 8GB card in the original card slot and move the factory 4GB card to the expansion slot. Worked like a charm. My daughter LOVES this computer. She also got rid of the bloatware so it’s super fast for her needs. For less than $300 with 12GB RAM, it’s a great deal!

This computer has all the essentials for school and play. It is fast, lightweight, and fully functional, and has a sleek look.I have heard no complaints, and great price!

I bought two of these for Elementary school age students and they work great for school work and some gaming during down time.

the laptop is pretty good, battery life is decent, price is good, the processor is solid, but the Solid state Drive and Memory is what let this laptop down in that it's not easily up-gradable later, and you will fill the 128 GB drive fast! it needs to be at least a 256GB or more easily swapped, but the loading speed is pleasantly fast. it's a good computer, but it's will leave you wanting a bit more!

While Not the fastest dual core and chip, it gets around Windows, Netflix, Hulu, etc very well. The ram and hard drive can be upgraded which I did with ram from Best Buy too. On sale it’s as cheap as most chrombooks, but with a lot more versatility. Screen is best viewed directly in front, but is bright. I wish the battery life was a little better, but 4-5 hours isn’t bad. If your happy with the price, then you would be had pressed to find a decent 14 inch machine better than this.

Overall purchased this on sale for $219. It's used primarily for the kids homework and that's it. Works well for this.
