easy to use. great size for taking with me. price was very good.

I purchased this lap top for my son to do his online classes as his computer started to glitch. Many lap tops were out of stock with everyone going online due to the COVID closures or they were out of our price range We took a chance on this one. He has mentioned that speed can be slow, but overall it’s meeting our needs just fine.

Great laptop for my 10 year olds first laptop. He primarily uses it for gaming, streaming, and homework. You will probably want to get your own virus protection instead of any free trials That come with the laptop. I recommend norton 360. It comes with microsoft office preinstalled but you will need some sort of product key after promotional period. All in all this is nothing fancy and is a perfect starter laptop.

Love the smaller size (for a laptop) and the large keys on the keyboard. I actually received it in the mail (due to COVID-19 restrictions) and was able to get it going right out of the box, all by myself. Not bad for a senior citizen. Also, connected it to my printer, etc. Once restrictions were loosened, I took it into your store for complete data transfer, and that worked out splendidly, as well.

I was concerned in getting a new computer that I would have a difficult time adjusting to it, but this laptop has been easy to navigate.

Not bad for beginners kind of choppy and not responsive as I am used to however it was bought for my grandparents who have all the time in the world so they don't mind to them it's their first computer and they're excited, good for basic things or kids

Boy I sure have missed my Galaxy Tablet. It died 2 years ago so I started using my best friends IPad. I have come to hate Apple Products. Love this Tab S5. Very easy to set up and can't wait for my cover. In the middle of a move & can't wait to really dive into this. Thanks Best Buy & Josh @ the Clearwater FL store as normal he is always very helpful and there when I need him. Samsung is the best.

Great computer for the price, not super slow like a lot of less priced computers. It has plenty of hard drive for programs, a great purchase

Works great for what I am using it for - basic Microsoft applications, zoom, and online conferencing. For these uses, the computer is excellent and the price can't be beat! It connects perfectly to our wifi for online teaching, and has not had any trouble with updates or running multiple programs at a time. Camera quality is decent if not stellar, but fine for my needs.

I purchased this laptop because due to Covid-19 and classes moving to online my son needed one to complete his senior job. This computer is pretty basic but works well. If you are looking for an efficient but not expensive laptop for research, papers, shopping, and basic gaming. This company will work well.

Easy to setup. Great battery life. Light wt but not flimsy. Performs as expected

I mainly use this device for school and travel. i have a larger 17.3 that i use at home but isn't ideal to take on the road. This lil guy gets the job done, able to open multiple pages do all of my assignments, watch movies, and everything else i need to do at the airport on a plane in a car i done it all.

Works great. Comes with windows 10 s mode so couldnt download minecraft java edition so had to switch to window 10 home. It was easy and a click of a button and done in less that seconds. Now able to download more. S mode only protects device and isnt a bad thing just not the normal we were use too.

This is a great little laptop if you mainly need something for online applications or to do remote learning/screen connect into the office from home. I was happy I had it when we moved to working from home because I didn’t immediately get a work laptop. I’ve had no problems with it, and it is extremely lightweight and durable! Great deal for $200!

Got it for high school on line and it seems fine. Nice inexpensive laptop, a little slow but not bad

I really couldn’t be happier with my new hp laptop. It was pretty cheap (I think around $200), but seems to be working really well. I use it for Microsoft word and the web, so I’m not doing anything wild, but it fits my needs well. Small enough that I can easily carry it around with me but big enough that I don’t feel like I’m straining my eyes to see the screen.

Solid smaller laptop for price. Bought mine open box. Only use for school and job hunting, but does both simple tasks great. Boot up takes longer than I’d enjoy but for the price, that’s a pretty insignificant issue. If you need a laptop that can run Word and PowerPoint swiftly, all while having multiple (5 or more) tabs open, this is the cost effective laptop for you.
