light weight and compact, decent battery life, can't beat for the price

I love this computer, I got it for what I wanted, basic email and internet, as word processor and spreadsheet activity. Light weight, easy to operate. The Staff at Best BUY was very knowledgeable and help me all the way in making this purchase.

I bought this computer right before Christmas because mine had just broke and I didn’t have a lot of money to spend on one. It is perfect for me. It does exactly what I need. I can check my email, go online, online shop and do most of the things that I need to do for a great price. It was also easy to set up and get started. Very satisfied with my purchase.

This is a great regular everyday basic laptop. I bought for work and use almost everyday and does everything I need it to. I use it to browse the web, use Microsoft office, etc. perfectly fine for that. Speed seems fine with a few tabs open, just try not to do too much at one time!

I bought this computer for one reason, to travel. It is a small, lightweight computer with an SSD drive more suitable for taking possible bumps and drops during travel. The SSD drive is large enough to accommodate thousands of pictures. It can also connect to Wi-Fi to allow for e-mail and internet browsing. This is exactly what I was looking.

He love this laptop, for school work or gaming he enjoys it.

This is an ok computer, I had a geek friend set mine up and he had a few problems getting it to change from S Mode to regular windows 10. Best Buy Geeks when he called them kept telling him it didn't have Smode, which it does. So if you run any programs that aren't bought from the Microsoft store they won't run on Smode ad you will need to convert. Once this was done my computer is running smooth.

I got this on sale for my mom. It was easy to setup and has been very reliable. My mom have found to be easy to use. So this laptop seems To be a simple, easy to use, customize, reliable and just the right size. Not too big not to small. Good value for this price range.

HP are overall great computers. This one has been useful. Great for basic school work and going on internet. Not for gaming. Had issue with update that locked my computer up and had to get completely reset but overall and ok laptop.

I've only used this computer for internet browsing which was the main purpose I purchased it. I'm not a fan of the mouse buttons. They pivot from the lower edge which make them feel awkward to press. They should be pivoted from the upper edge. The battery life does not seem to be very good. It lasts around 3 hours with steady use. Overall a good value for the price. At this price point I'm happy to get 2 or 3 years out of it. If it breaks, recycle and buy another cheap one. The expensive ones don't seem to last any longer.

Lightweight, affordable, cute and easy to set up .

There is not much to say about this laptop. I bought it for school work and it does my school work just fine. Do not expect the speed of a high end laptop or PC, but this thing will get the job done for a reasonable price.

I work as an accountant so most days I do a lot of financial reports using excel, and this laptop has met my needs. Good speaker for my music while working and very easy to use. After using and liking the laptop so much I purchased an hp printer and scanner. I also purchased a mouse to make things easier for work.

Good service. My daughter is using it for her class and it’s going fine. Thank You very much for the perfect service. Best Buy never really disappointed me. ThankYou to the delivery man. He deserve some reward. Good Package for the protection of the computer. It was quiet affordable for the current situation.

It has a solid compact design. Nice computer for users wanting to surf the internet and do some word processing. The only complaint I have about the computer is if you have more than a couple programs open at once it begins to bog down and not run as well
