As a preschool teacher, I needed something affordable so I could hold zoom classes with my children twice a week. The price of this laptop was absolutely perfect, I love the size of it and I really like that it has a little light next to the camera which makes the image clearer. Happy with my purchase.

Purchased for use for online school and has been great. No issues thus far and use everyday, most of the day. It was a reasonable price and it’s pretty sleek and nice looking compared to others the same price. Would recommend!

Have not experienced any problems with this laptop. I only use it occasionally when I'm not at my desk. I'm a fan of HP. The price was right & I couldn't be happier.

This is a great starter laptop. It's small, but suits our needs nicely. My only complaint, which isn't HP's fault, is that the Windows platform comes in some sort of safe mode that doesn't allow the installation of external software. You have to switch it out of that mode, which was confusing to figure out at first. Also you CANNOT set this up without some sort of Microsoft account. I find that to be annoying and a hassle.

My other laptop died and I needed a quick replacement. Also needed my information etc. transferred to my new laptop. Of course this was when coronavirus raised it's ugly head and all of a sudden I was out of work and money was tight. Best Buy came to my rescue I'm online again. Bless all of you!

This laptop does everything I need it to and was a great price. I was concerned about it coming with windows 10S but it was super easy to turn safe mode off so I am able to download any apps instead of only microsoft apps. It also has a good battery life and was shipped and delivered in 1 day!

Ok realistically this is a 199 laptop, no more maybe less. It is a good buy for school students for grade 4-8. It is efficient enough to do most tasks however don't expect to run heavy games on it. This is not designed for it. Overall a good buy for 199 but I wouldn't buy it for anything over that amount.

The price was great, very user friendly; however loading some pages/vids will lag a little and is a little slow. But for my needs it will do; needed a pc for my ross tech capcom for my car.

we bought laptops for one Xmas against my better judgement at Walmart needless to say they lasted all of 2 weeks so returned laptops and eventually ended up buying 3.....I will NEVER buy ANY electronic device anywhere else. The saying 'You get what you pay for' never rang any truer SMH

I haven't used it to its full capacity yet, but I'm very impressed. A very good laptop thus far, for such a small price. It has a very clear camera, 2 finger scrolling and swiping, a smooth silver finish and great feeling keys. I'll probably purchase another one for my son if it goes on sale again.

It has been a while since I last bought a personal laptop. I have always been partial to HP, but this time I think the product is even better than before, including a SSD, 4 GB RAM and a great monitor, at roughly 1/3 of the cost of my last laptop, which I bought about 6 years ago and I still use.

Awesome. Great for work/military use. This laptop has lasted me for a good while now and it still kicking and trucking on strong! I would recommend to family and friends. I wouldn’t use this for gaming. Can take a beating, and still work like a champ and look good and new still!

Before purchasing, I did light research to find the best laptop that would get me through school. The speed is average and I really don’t have any complaints. I don’t intend on storing a lot on here besides assignments. Great price, great performance. Can’t go wrong, definitely recommend.

The 4gb of ram contribute to the lag that happens on the screen when typing. Fast start up and shut down though. Purchased this for the girlfriend and updated the ram to 16gb. Girlfriend uses the dk0002dx for her voiceover demos.

Pros: Portable, Slim, handy to use. I have upgraded to window 10 OS. its cool. Cons: Go for 256 GB have to restart once a while, sometime antivirus makes life worse in win OS sytem.

Come with windows 10 in S mode which I had to remove to install google chrome for schoolwork. Removal was simple and it now works like any previous version of windows 10.

I only use this computer for work. Uploading documents, send and receiving e mails, storing PDF files, Microsoft word and excel. I do have a lot of documents but I have had this computer less than a month and its just unable to keep up. I'm not impressed as it seems to Work very slowly. Even trying to pull up the main screen to put in my password in take a long time, and I have to press the power button multiple times before that screen appears.

i am a senior so, i needed a laptop that is easy to use. the keyboard is easy to reach with large buttons. the onboard assistant has heiped me numerous times good battery life that charges quickly. it works well for my needs

This is exactly what I wanted! I surf the net and talk on Facebook. I don't do a lot of anything much else. I LOVE it! Meets my needs and was very easy to set up. It even talks to you and knows your name. I am very pleased and hope this last me a long time. Lightweight too!

This laptop is GREAT for everyday uses like word processing and web browsing. It has an NVMe SSD drive in it which is great, and the 4GB memory should be upgraded if you're going to do any video streaming with it. Just buy an 8GB DDR4 2400 SODIMM for 30 bucks to give yourself 12GB of memory & you'll be good to go. Opening up the bottom is easy, just Youtube it. If you want to get a larger hard drive to put in while you're there, go for it, but with this computer there's not really a need, because this isn't a desktop replacement. A gaming computer this is NOT, but it is infinitely better than a chromebook/netbook, and I would recommend this for high school/college class work. Also, take it out of Windows S-Mode immediately.
