I actually loved this computer works really good and it's very easy to use. The only reason I had to return it was because I didn't like the software on it.

Easy set up, light weight, fast response time and good price. No mouse included so if you prefer a mouse be sure to add a wireless one to your order.

We ordered 2 of these laptops for our children so we didn’t have to “fight” with the schools to get one for distance learning. One of the laptops is perfect and is perfect for my 12 year old 7th grader. The other has an issue with the power button but otherwise, it works great and my 7 year old is learning how to use it quickly. I would recommend this computer for young ones and beginners.

I needed to get 4 kids laptops for hybrid/homeschool. This was a perfect purchase. I wish I was able to get 4 of them but only 1 was in stock at the time.

I needed..no I WANTED an everyday laptop that I could carry around in my backpack like you're suppose to have a pen on you at all times. This laptop fits that purpose. It's slim, light weighted and bootup time is FAST!! Though The OS is Win10...something I have to get use to, like I have to fine tune it to what I want present, but that's no biggie. The only issue I have is the OVER SIZED lettering of the keyboard, WHY!?? It could have used another USB port, 2 isn't enough. All in all I'm happier than a pig in mud about my purchase.

I bought this laptop with the hope of having my daughter use it for virtual school. Her school is using MS Teams and the laptop would completely lock up, to the point where the whole computer froze and the mouse wouldn't even work. I did buy an extra 8gb ram (it's a moderate difficulty upgrade, because you have to pull screws from under the rubber feet and carefully pull the bottom part of the body away to get to the extra Ram slot), the laptop now works good enough, but was certainly dissappointed I needed to add ram to this laptop right out of the box. To be fair MS Teams is a total resource hog and was using 1/2 gb of memory just to have it open without a video call going.
