I bought this laptop it works perfect it starts up really fast and works great loads and streams movies or u tube and Netflix great all the features are easy to understand and make work very quiet can't hear any fan or anything running just personal use but has office installed on it so you can do lots of things with would totally recommend to anyone very good laptop for the money

We purchased this laptop for our son. Due to Covid and virtual learning, he needed something for everyday use from doing all of his assignments to him partaking in google meets, zoom, ect. The camera /microphone are clear. So far, this laptop has met all of our expectations.

I bought online and got what I wanted. The laptop was small and compact, but it is what I expected. I stream movies to my large screen tv, so I went with this one cause the size of screen really don't mater and connectivity does so this fit the bill if your looking for reliable screen mirroring with out the buffering.

I should have tried this laptop out more at the store. You can't have more than 4-5 windows open, i.e. Word, Internet, e-mail, etc. before it freezes on you. I've had to hard reboot several times to get it back. The speaker is a little tinny thing, not good for playing music but okay for video calls. While simple enough to operate, the whole thing is made of a lightweight plastic, and it honestly feels more like a kid's toy computer. I've owned it too long now to take it back, and I'll be contacting HP tech support on some issues soon (lost my microphone, HDMI port doesn't seem to work, etc.) After years of working on Dells, I went cheap and got cheap, lesson learned.
