This laptop has been efficient as far as using it for work and general tasks but in the physical aspect itself it's a piece of crap. The plastic cover for the henge in the middle snapped off after a few months. Also my screen has a permanent fog like hue due to me leaving it in my car overnight in the springtime, it wasn't too cold or too hot it was spring and it still resulted in that.

new laptop for my wife

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The sales person showed me couple different laptops that were better & also at a higher price, he listened to me when i toldhim that what it was going to be used for he did not try to pressure me into buying the more expensive one, he was friendly the whole time that he was with me,,when i got home my wife ,after i showed her a few things , she has had no problems what so ever plus she liked that it is smaller than her old one

Great laptop for beginners.

It was a gift for my daughters graduation gift and we just found it hard to set up certain apps and other set up. Overall great beginners laptop. Would definitely recommend to other especially for the price value.
