I bought this laptop for my daughter who is in 6th grade this year and studying from home. The overall functionality seems to be good and she usually has no problems connecting to her zoom meetings. The only downside is I wish it had 2 mouse button, to make it easier to right-click, so I learned that instead you have to use Shift F10, otherwise it is good laptop for the money. I just hope it lasts a long time.

This is a very nice little laptop with good screen size. I like the smooth feeling keyboard and mousepad. Loaded with great software. I needed a new computer for home-based business. I always used Apple or Dell, but my family endorses hp. I'm a believer now. I had a apple laptop for several years, and I like this one just as much. Slick, skinny, but stylish. Very happy with this laptop.

I bought this computer for my fiancée so she can have the latest technology when it comes to keeping in touch with her students via zoom meetings. She also does a lot on researching ancestry and family genealogy. Having purchased an antivirus software kit, she feels confident that what she researched is protected and secure.

Set up was easy. Perfect size. It does everything I need in order for me to work remotely.

I needed a laptop for my son to do online school and I was nervous this one might not have enough processing power but it has worked great. He can teleconference, stream content, and participate just as well as he had done when borrowing mine. If you are looking for an inexpensive option for digital learning this is perfect.

I picked this up on 8/8/2020. I started to use it the following week. The touch pad is lousy, when you tap it -most times Nothing HAPPENS-other times when you go to tap something on,it scrolls somewhere else. It is slow, not worth the $$$. I will be calling the store-I need my $$$ returned. I am writing this review on my Old laptop, which is also an HP , which I had also purchased years ago from a Best Buy. Sure glad I held on to my old laptop. Now I will Need to find another one.
