Has S-Mode

None of the programs most people need are actually on the Microsoft store and Edge is just trash. Couldn't get WebEx to work properly for my daughter's classes on Edge and S-Mode doesn't allow it to be downloaded. Disabled S-Mode, downloaded the programs I need and everything is working great!

Solid entry level laptop

Don't buy this if you plan to stream extensive videos or do heavy multi tasking. Overall, this is one of the best entry level laptops.

Brightness doesn't work

I had to upgrade from S mode to Windows Pro for an additional $99. For that price, I could buy a more powerful item.
