I just needed a laptop for school. This was the only laptop within my price range available in a literal 40 mile radius of where I lived and it was open box so I didn't really have super high hopes plus I only needed it for schoolwork. Well out of the box the speakers didn't work, which is suspect since apparently this was "Geek Squad Certified." I tried to reinstall the drivers, mess with the sound settings, talked to HP support, and nothing worked. Eventually I talked to Best Buy support and they told me to go to a Geek Squad to get it checked out. They had the same conclusions and said it was probably hardware and the only thing they could do was either send it to be serviced, not an option since I'm in a very rigorous program and can't really afford to not have a laptop for 3 to 4 weeks or have it replaced which again didn't work out since there were no other laptops I could get in my price range in store, they offered to order one but again that would be a few weeks without a laptop, so they didn't really fix my problem and this exact model laptop was unavailable anywhere, even to order. Also, one of the associates was pretty rude to me after asking a few questions. All in all, I didn't really get my problem fixed and I ended up wasting about 3 hours of free time I didn't really have. Also it's kinda slow, it struggles to run 3 windows st once, which isn't a big deal, it's not a terribly powerful computer to begin with. Apart from all of that mess, it's fine, it's a fine laptop if you're just looking to run Office or something. Also, to clarify, almost every one of the Best Buy staff that tried to help me fix my issue was great, polite, and very helpful. It was just that one employee that was rude for no reason. Also, one of thme even gave me their contact info and name if I ever wanted to return the item beyond the return date because it did come out of the box broken and they really couldn't figure out a way to resolve the issue. 5/10 laptop, 8/10 staff (except for that one lady).

Love my new laptop and printer. Have bought many items with best buy visa . employees at store are caring professional and very helpful, they are knowledgable and assisted in every way in my decision . I have re commended best but store and best buy but visa card to all my friends in the hopes they will enjoy the as I have

The camera is very bad. The picture isn't clear along with video calls. The laptop is not what the salesperson said it would be. Small and not a full keyboard

The computer is decent, but the web camera is terrible, grainy. I purchased the computer to do my podcast on, and I will end up purchasing a separate web camera to utilize in conjunction with the computer.

Nice inexpensive laptop. Easy to set up with tutorials
