Great Laptop for the Price, usage basic personal, does everything in with good speed and sharp graphics. Definitely would recommend. The Best buy sales person was extremely helpful, and very responsive to my questions and explaining the options in what would be the best for me, not just to sell.

Definitely suits all of my needs. Very easy setup.

I love the touch screen capability since I don't like using a touchpad. Also got a wireless mouse. Good looking laptop. Great processing speed. Good sized keyboard. I had an issue with the fan and was VERY IMPRESSED with how HP customer service took care of me. I will definitely buy HP products in the future.

First Win10 experience. Slow process to go through, and current panicdemic doesn't help. I'll get through this, but MS screwed the pooch this time. Very well designed laptop; shame it's running Win10.

This is very poorly made computer and it feels so cheap. Keyboard keys are hard to type with. OS is comes locked to MS only products so you can't use Firefox or other apps. constantly locking up. Returned it after 5 days before I would have took a hammer to it and destroyed it. Decide to spend some extra bucks to get a MacBook and it has been the best money I have spent.

I bought this laptop for my son’s 2020 online learning school year. It is perfect for Zoom meetings and Classroom Google. No complaints here. I did have to get it out of S mode to get Zoom to load but it was very easy to do. It literally asks “do you want to get out of S mode” and all you have to do is click yes.

I purchased this laptop for my elderly mother. I installed basic apps for her ... she can access easily and does not seem to have any issues getting the information she wants. So far ... so good. :)

Great laptop for the price, but I would pay more if it was made in the USA. It doesn’t come with an owners manual or an id plate. Could be better

This is a decent laptop for this price range. It is not the fastest, but for basic tasks, it is able to perform them just fine. It is being used by online learning by elementary school student.

its a bit slow but good use for having it as a casual use rather than something like work or gaming

It was alright for what it was. I used it for a trip to be able to work but the speakers kept doing a weird spazz thing on it and I decided to return and go for a higher quality.

Good device for the money. I will say purchasing online with curbside pickup was a much better experience than going instore and being ignored like my last visit. However you get no aknowledgement once you notify them you're outside. Took another 20 minutes after arrival for the to bring out the purchase.

Though I would’ve liked it to have the CD/DVD drive, I love the the laptop. I have no reason to complain, other than I wish I’d purchased it PRIOR to the large laptop I ordered first! With this one I can actually SEE the screen in detail. Great deal if you have no need for a CD/DVD drive.

Computer easy to set up. My only complain is that the display of words on the screen is a little faint, not as crisp as my other laptop at home

Perfect for my 3rd grader. Much better than the school issued chromebooks that were issued for virtual schooling. I don’t particular care for the hassle in downloading non-Microsoft apps.

I needed something to assist my daughter with virtual learning as well as give her something of her own This was perfect for an 11 year old. Small for my old eyes nut perfect for hers.

From the moment I entered the store, I was greeted warmly and set up personally with an expierienced and knowledgeable associate. Jared was FANTASTIC and really listened to what I needed and made the appropriate recommendations. He hooked me up and made the whole experience awesome!

Overall finish can be better but at low price, it functions well. Mine had an wobbly touch pad which made noise when you move cursor, etc.

Goo size for a small desk. Easy to use email. I haven’t had it long enough to properly review this laptop but so far I would recommend it. It connects easily to HP help center if a problem arises. This is my 3rd HP computer in about 20 years. I wouldn’t use any other brand.
