The laptop is working just fine. It is so much easier to use than the old one I had. It is lighter and I can use it anywhere in my house. I have had no problems with it and I appreciate the Geek Squad helping to set it up for me since I am not very adept at this new electronic age.

Need something for working from home and this was perfectly suited for my needs at a good price point. It’s easy to connect to WiFi and it’s great for using Microsoft Office and accessing the internet to submit my work. Perfect no frills computer with sufficient RAM and storage.

We purchased this laptop for one of my wife's students who needed to have something inexpensive for school due to COVID and remote learning. This gets the job done. Just enough power go through a full day of online classes. This is the laptop that we will purchase for those students in need.

got this for my child for virtual learning this year. So far it is working great. It does everything we need it to and there have not been any issues. I had to switch out of the windows 10S mode so that we could use google chrome. It was easy to do but annoying that it needed to be done.

I bought this for my wife who lives in Texas. I am in Portland, Oregon so I am going off of the details she gave me. It is easy to set up and use computer for the money. It has a good amount of power. She is not tech savvy but was able to upgrade the RAM on it with no problem by herself.

I needed to purchase a new laptop for my school aged child for school. In the almost two months we have had it, it has worked flawlessly. You will have to opt out of the windows ecosystem to customize it to use chrome but once you do it is a great purchase for a first laptop for your child.

Use this for light gaming and general work. Upgrade it to 8gb minimum for the gaming ability as it only comes with 1 4gb stick of ram. adding another 4gb stick will allow it to run in dual channel and really opens up the speed!

With online school going on my Daughter was using a chrome book but it was not good at all so many issues with it. This Laptop worked Much much better. Haven't had any issues at all.

The specs on this aren't great, but they aren't terrible either. As long as you don't need a ton of space, this should last you quite a long time. It seems to work fine for the price.

This is my first experience with curbside service however I found it to be very efficient I didn't have to wait long they were able to check me in and they were able to bring out my laptop without any issues so I am thankful for that and I will do curbside service again thank you Best buy.

Excellent and performs as expected for a 13yr old... It allows easy online connections for Zoom classes and is fits neatly away into her bag for easy storage. No complaints...

The laptop/portable is quite good. The clock speed is fast for what I need and the storage space is adequate. The only drawback is Microsoft and Adobe are not included.

Honestly wasn't expecting too much based on the price when I bought this one for my mom, who didn't have a computer anymore. She loves it and the sound quality is pretty decent.

Excellent computer for home schooling or distant learning. My boy uses this computer for school. It has compatibility for all his classes as well as zoom meetings with his teacher. Very easy to use. The ram memory can be expanded but what it has it is enough for everything we need

I bought it for my son for Distance Learning. We use it to do school work on Seesaw. The Microsoft Edge browser is not compatible with Seesaw. I had to download the latest Google Chrome to make the audio and video recording functions work on Seesaw (A 1st, 2nd and 3rd grade app).

I purchased this pc as an additional laptop to support my position as an adjunct. I am pleasingly surprised at the speed of this pc. It is extremely light and user friendly. I was able to download material and it provides me enough space for all applications. Great functional pc!

Lightweight, good size. I bought this just for basic use, emails, Zoom meetings, etc. so not sure how it would fair with other use. It fits my needs wonderfully.
