This is not a laptop to use much beyond light internet surfing and checking email.... but for those things it serves the purpose.

Purchased this laptop for my wife and she love it no problems whatsoever she browse Internet, check email and do some work from home this one do it all

I work for a non profit, and funds are tight. We needed a small computer that employees could punch in on, volunteers can punch in on, and I needed to print and google chat. It works great for that need.

I am not comfortable with Microsoft . This computer was hard to maneuver , I couldn’t download apps . I returned this computer back to the store .

I do not like this computer very much. I asked the guy at Best Buy was this equivalent to my previous HP. I had it for 10 years. He assured me it was. I work from home (long before the pandemic). I do a lot of basic business. No gaming or anything of that nature. And this laptop just lags. I needed something fast and easy. I bought this thinking it was good to go. I wish I would've waited, saved some money, and got a better one.

Very nice laptop. I originally bought this for work but it wouldn't work with the docking station I had purchased so I now use it for my school work. It's fast and I use my usb wireless mouse with it as it is easier when doing school work.

I think my 2 products are great but I am disappointed with Microsoft 365 and how it tries to take over the internet and not let anyone else on.

Purchased this laptop when I was sent home to work because of Covid. That has been over a year and this laptop continues to work flawlessly. It runs everyday with some hungry applications without any defects. Love this laptop.

Got this product after researching the chrome books and other laptops. This works great and speed is great. Quite good amount of storage and due to SSD the IO operation to disk is fast and quite. Disable the S-mode with just a click. Great product.

Bought this laptop for my wife so she could do her crafting hobbies with and it has helped her out tremendously. She loved it and it is working just fine. It was on sale when I bought it and in stock and was delivered the very next day.

Needed inexpensive laptop for zooming. Able to connect portable camera (built in so so) and able to connect to TV for video exactly fit my needs.

for a low end computer it is adequate...good graphics .i should hav e purchased a better laptop..comes with windows 10s microsoft browser very clunky...

I am not satisfied with the performance of the machine. It is difficult to turn on and it often freezes up.

After having five great years with my old laptop, I was happy to get a new one. This AMD Athlon Silver is wonderful!! Being "techno-challenged" had set up done by Geek Squad. Liz was wonderful, patient and did a great job! Thank you!!!

HP - 14" Laptop - AMD Athlon Silver - 4GB Memory - 128GB SSD - Jet Black is just the right size for my computing needs. The memory capacity is perfect. The initial setup went smoothly without any issues. I am very satisfied with its performance.

This has been a pretty good computer for the price while my son has been remote learning this year. It was a decent starter computer for him.

Works as stated. Don't expect a MacBook Pro, HP Spectre, or Microsoft Surface. This computer is not that. What it is is functional to the point and perfect for online learning...what it's being used for. Adjust expectations and good to go.

I had no idea the computer was so big. I gave it as a gift to my niece who is a teacher in Mexicali and she said that she liked it. She is having online classes and she said that it was great because she sees all the students bigger in the screen.

This computer is amazing and the screen size is perfect. The volume is decent. the picture resolution is okay, not great, however, it will get the job done.

Additional apps causes freezing...keys are a bit harder to press...microsoft 365 should NOT be purchased either...gets very expensive!
