This was okay nothing fancy but needed computers for school and this was only option available

It's a great laptop that I got myself to do online courses at just the right speed & storage enough for me to just continue to upgrade every year. Small enough to put into my backpack yet get the job done. I am happy with it.

Not worth the money you are better off buying a higher end used laptop it was so slow

A tad small but does the work needed for me. Comes loaded with a few apps but Easy to install others.

So far has worked very well and to my expectations. I was looking for a basic product to do my all my at home work, it met my needs.

Great laptop for at home virtual learning. My 9 year old loves it and it has everything she needs for school and fun time with friends.

Got it for the Wife and she is loving it and does everything that she needs to do with a computer. It was a time to get use to . But once she got use to the new operating system. She is now enjoying it greatly.

it would be 5 stars but one of the cameras stopped working after a couple weeks, under warranty but a pain none the less, work great though

Worked perfectly fine for my needs in the beginning. But online demand changed and this computer was more than capable of keeping up

All other functions of the laptop work as expected. The camera has very high exposure. Everything is brighter than it should be. There are no settings for changing exposure. Geek Squad confirmed that the camera exposure is too high and cannot be changed. Geek Squad confirmed that this was an issue with my laptop as well as the one on display in the store. I bought this for my son to use for distance learning. The primary need right now is for Zoom. When looking at 24 camera feeds, his was the only one that was very over-exposed. This was very upsetting for him (and me)--and we spent a lot of time searching for non-existent settings to change this. The only option to get a functional camera was to return this and get a different laptop. We went with Lenovo. Camera is fine.

With a little help , I am now able to get login and read gmail. I will be using it for my granddaughters to zoom class when they’re here

does what it needs picture could be clearer overall worth the money gets the kids school work done and that counts for something

My step daughter love it we got it for school she in high school now so I wanted something she can take with her possibly through college

I use this model for my field employees. I wouldn’t say it’s the best by any means but it is very cheap and easily replaced.

The computer in all is really great but there is a lot of like freezes that apply with the computer

Bought this for x-mas gift for son. Good low budget cpu that has enough processing speed and memory for him to game and do school on very pleased with.

What happened to the budget laptops? This is a decent product but fairly pricey. First thing when you get it, you should exit S mode.

I got this computer so I could do school and writing. This computer has everything I want out of a computer. I don’t do anything fancy like gaming or media editing but as far as basic computer usage it is perfect.

Was easy to change over from my old laptop. I thought going from 15 1/2 inch screen to 14 inch would be horrible. It was not.
