Great resolution for the screen size and the speed is good keeps up with apps that I’m using. Would recommend for the price.

I actually really like it. Pretty fast for what I need it to do as I am a writer. Everything works seamlessly and no issues so far.

I bought this for my son for virtual school. This has been freezing ever since, Ive taken it to best buy twice and was told everything seems to be working fine. I had to do multiple updates although its brand new. I've tried to see if a new one can be ordered but was told I would have to leave the old one and wait until the new one comes in. Which would leave my son without a laptop school. Mind you I've spent $400 on this. Super disappointed in the service and quality of product.

This computer is a little weaker than I thought it would be for what I wanted it for. However, over all I am happy with it.

This laptop is good for the virtual learning as long as documents don’t need to be saved to the laptop itself. Memory is limited.

The product is good but if it wasn't for a guy named Roger who worked in the warehouse but was out was stocking shelves, I wouldn't have purchased because there was 1 guy who was doing the IT stuff was tied up with a single couple before and after this guy Roger dropped everything to hook me up with the laptop and I left and I left. I was 30 seconds from walking out the door empty handed.

We chose this laptop over chrome books in the same price range because it has the ability to do more, especially with Office 365.

The specs on this computer call it a low budget computer. Well, the price fits MY budget and works great for my computer needs.

Ok for light use and somewhat affordable. After uploading a few files it lags so not great for full time use for school

I have been very disappointed with this laptop. It freezes up on a regular basis. Last weekend it died totally. I spent over an hour with tech support while they worked on it. They got it working, but it still freezes for 30 - 45 minutes every few days. Now they want to replace my operating system - which will be a major inconvenience,

ive owned for about a month now and have had no issues seems like a quality built laptop picked up for my grandson and he loves it...does what he needs it to do with no problems . He's happy im happy and all is well.

I always like the hp brand, so far no problems with the computer Use it for basic stuff as it works just fine At times there some aplicaciones that I can not download but there is always a way So very happy here

like this computer...Had some problem getting used to it but okay now...Would like to see a tutorial installed in it.....

It was ok. Got kind of confusing when laptops were changed and price was different. But other then that it was good.
