I bought this laptop when my HP Chromebook would not work the way I needed anymore. I actually missed the way a Windows computer worked. This is a nice lightweight laptop. I am satisfied so far.

This laptop is light weight making it easy to travel. Easy to use. Has its own build in trouble shooter. Excellent for zoom programs. Camera is sharp and so is audio. I would recommend this laptop.

I bought this computer to be sake to download and use specific PC software. It works perfectly! The computer is fast and works the way I need. Very good quality. I’d definitely recommend it!

Ever since I have bought it. it is working well but I don't know what will become of it in the nearest future.

I like using this computer. My only issue was I was having problems turning it on and off because I was holding the button too long.

My Grandson is using this to Zoom his 2nd grade class. works great. Easy to an eight yr. old. to use.

I was looking for something not too expensive but a good system for a freshman in college. It filled the bill.

I got this computer for school since it would be strictly online. It runs smoothly but there are just a few downfalls. It's not touchscreen so it's a little inconveinent for me. The webcam has horrible quality. The keyboard is setup a little different and it's a little hard to adjust. But it's decent. I may return it for something a little better for my needs.

Did not have a full selection of print cartridges. Out of black ink in ALL sizes for this cartridge.

Purchased the HP Laptop for my son and daughter-in-law for Christmas. They were surprised. Have not been able to set up the laptop yet. They need a laptop for home and for my grandson.

Very good devise. bright screen, the speakers are ok but that can he solved with some external speakers.

Had to purchase this for my 3rd grader due to homeschool from Covid and her private school won’t fund laptops easy for her to use it but they grow up with electronics glued to their palms
