Easy to use it ,light nice good choice good price I am so happy with it idk know to much about computers

So far this laptop is working well for my current needs but I do not like the S Mode function. I was able to download Office 365, MS Teams, as well as zoom for video interviewing. I currently have no issues with my purchase. Very easy to carry around and the Wi-Fi setup was very easy. If you are on a budget and need a laptop, I would definitely recommend this one.

Plug and play right out of the box.Easy to use.Just what I was looking for at this price point.

Good buy for the price. Just had to get used to how sensitive it is. If you leave your curser on an area too long, it automatically clicks on whatever your cursor is on so you might have to navigate back to where you really wanted to be. Other than that, it’s a cute little computer that runs well.

Great laptop so far. Really easy to set up... voice commands walk you through the whole process. Is much faster and much lighter than my old laptop. The screen is bright and the keys responsive. The mouse is a little different but I got used to it. You can always get a wireless mouse if you don’t like it. For the basics I need it for: taxes, email, surfing the net, Word & excel, and picture storage... it is ideal.

Gets the job done. Great little laptop for my daughters online school. Plays things like roblox as well.

I got this laptop for my husband for work and it's really slow. It freezes and you have to restart in order to get it running. This happens mostly when you have more than 3 tabs open. He can't do any zoom meetings as it also freezes.

I needed a basic laptop for my brothers they are now digital learning because of the pandemic. I was worried at first that I would have to deal with a computer that was cheap and low quality. However although yes the quality is cheap the keyboard is very slippery you can barely feel the keys when typing and it’s not very enjoyable and the screen is meh. But it gets job done for the price and that has been such a great blessing.

Only had the computer for a few days. Light weight, easy to setup and access your necessary items. Computer speed is what I was looking for. I like it so far. Happy with my purchase

I bought this laptop for my child's online learning and computing needs. It has the performance and speed to accomplish the tasks necessary to maintain his focus and interests.

I love my HP laptop. It is chic and easy to carry, making it convenient to move from room to room. I look forward to being able to take it with me, when my husband and I go out to town. We can check our emails, look at movies and listen to music. Now we don't have to use our smart phones to search the web, when we are away from home. I just love it. It is so beautiful. It is a smart investment.

Does mostly what I wanted. Display is super. Disappointed that it did not support Microsoft Word or Excel. I should have asked the question.
