Overall pretty good laptop for my kids distant learning needs.

Bought this for my granddaughter to do her virtual school. Work very well long battery life. Geek squad helped me to set up everything very quickly

Very basic, but good value for price. Easy to set up, guides you through removing Windows S if you want to install Chrome. Nice screen display.

Returned the computer as I figured out I only needed a new hard drive in my old computer. Return was easy adn simple.

Build quality on this is pretty subpar. It's all plastic and the lid and top don't line up right and is more flexible than I'd like. If you're doing a lot of travel or are drop prone, I'd look elsewhere as I don't think this will hold up to any abuse at all. The screen looks like a TN panel (not sure, haven't reviewed the spec), so the viewing angle is very limited, the black level is not good, and the glossy screen is bad for room reflections. It's one of the worst screens I've seen on a modern laptop. Performancewise, if you're just browsing the internet it's okay. If you're trying to do anything requiring more performance I'd look elsewhere, but then you probably shouldn't be looking at a $300ish laptop to begin with. If you have a few more bucks to spend, I'd definitely take a look at the Lenovo Ideapad 3 models.

Works very well for on line school and has had no technical issues

My daughter needed a computer for college.. Yes it’s a very good computer.

Everything seemed fine when I would research things but needed the laptop for online school and the camera and quality were bad. Sound was delayed and with static. It was out of box, so not sure if it was just defective or because it was cheap.

This was a gift for my 82 year old mother, and so far, she has been able to do everything she needs on it. IE Mobile banking, Facebook, etc.

This was an excellent choice for us. We had an additional $50 due to holiday sales. We are very satisfied and have had no problems or issues

Great laptop at a great low price. I use it to rip my cds and then transfer my music on to a flash drive, so I can listen to them on my vehicle.

My child wanted a laptop she could play Sims and Roblox on. It worked perfectly for her and she loves it!

My daughter uses this everyday for cyber college now because of covid. No problems whatsoever!!!! Better or the same as the more expensive ones.

Computer is what we wanted. Microsoft S means some apps won't work
