Though I didn't expect a top-of-the line laptop, I nevertheless ended up disappointed. There are two main problems: 1) the camera does not have the quality I need for all the Zoom meetings I attend; 2) the processing is very slow. I purchased it as a backup for when I need to be away from my super-desktop and thought I would use it only for Microsoft 365 (I am a writer) which all work just fine. Other positives: the size, weight, keyboard, ease in setup, software included (security, windows 10) and setting up my subscription of Microsoft 365. I like the idea of the S-Mode but followed suit with other reviewers and disabled it immediately in order to add applications not available in the Microsoft store.

I like that it is light, and has everything a more expensive ones offer. I also like that it is delicate to the touch. It does not need much force to get letters punched in and the mouse pad is also light to the touch. I'm sure it is set this way and can be modified in the settings. The price was a little high for me, but in compare to the others, this one came in quickly and it works great!

The laptop seems fine, but it sometimes freezes up when I am in the middle of emails. I may need Richard on the Geek squad to check it out and find out why it is doing that. I would recommend checking back for a review after that is solved.

I purchased this computer for an employee. I thought it was a little pricey, but after I received it I understand why he picked this computer. The memory and speed is amazing. The set up was simple enough where I was able to let him do it himself even though he’s not a tech person. The screen is very clear, and because of it being a slim computer he’s able to move around The house with it without worrying about dropping it or it getting damaged. Because we are working virtual I wanted him to have some thing that was very portable and will not create a problem with packing it in a computer bag and moving to a fro. It’s definitely doing the job for him. I’m looking forward to my next purchase from Best Buy. Because you definitely get what you’re looking for. I also, must add that the photos in the description of the computer prior to buying it really helped a lot. I did the virtual tour of the computer online, and I got exactly what they said I would get. The computers packing was also great no scars.

Little slow. I think it’s little expensive. Now a days 4 gb ram is not enough for windows 10. It should have at least 8 gb ram. The wireless projector connectivity is poor. Very slow for doing more than two tasks simultaneously.

I had wanted a computer. So once i bought this one I fell in love with it.

We were in need of a second laptop so that both of our kids could use one for virtual schooling, but didn't want to overspend. This laptop has done everything needed from it for virtual schooling without any issues. So far, the 4GB of RAM hasn't been an issue, but one of the selling points for me was the ability to add RAM if necessary. Great laptop for the price paid.

Not a bad laptop for the money. Bought it to primarily download music onto my cellphone. (Don't like streaming). Very small storage and often freezes up. Less than $270. Cant beat that.

So far the laptop has been good for what I need it for. Nothing seems hard about using it or certain features. Battery life could be more, and there could've been more USB ports, however those are the only problems I've seen.

bought this when keyboard went out on my other laptop. it gets me by and let me do alot of what i was doing before. good for its price. works better when you get it off the Windows 10 setting to where you can get other apps and browsers

I purchased this laptop since my 10 year old was going to do online learning from home. I like that it starts up quickly. The camera is ok, not great. Very lightweight. Needed a reasonably priced laptop and this was a great choice.
