    It's okay for what I need. The only bummer was that it came with the Netflix app already installed and would not open. I tried deleting and re-installing didn't work not sure.

    We bought two of these for our kids to do eLearning/homeschooling and have been very disappointed with them. The keys don't always work as they should. The plastic piece that covers the hinge and the wiring from the screen to the keyboard popped off when gently setting it down on a table. Also, one of them keeps shutting down on its own and displaying an error message regarding a TPM (Trusted Platform Module). It's been very frustrating for the whole family. Hopefully, they last through the entire school year.

    Has worked well so far as a family machine. Only complaints are the flimsiness of the shell, and that the screen has gone dark twice. Not sure yet if the screen going dark is a hardware/software issue or a user error.

    You get what you pay for. This laptop may be good for someone using it for basic functions but multiple windows open while browsing the web really slowed it down. I will be exchanging it for a higher performance pc
