    Basically entry level laptop. Windows 10 S mode is not the best OS. Start up is fast. Quality is is ok. Touchpad is big but has no dedicated right left buttons. Has a habit of randomly freezing for no reason.

    What a cheaply made piece of crap. I literally had to save up months to get a new laptop and since I had my last hp for over a decade AND it served me well, it was dire time to get a new one and chose another hp model. This new one is cheaply assembled and freezes up at least once a day... what a waste of my money. So sad in these economically strapped times...and now I can't even return or exchange it...extremely disappointed with my purchase. I will NEVER purchase a laptop online again.
