This is a case of you get what you pay for. If you want a laptop for reading stories online and checking e-mail that's light and easy to move, then this is a good buy. If you want to save occasional articles and work on documents from a flashdrive, then this is not a good choice. The computer freezes on me 1 or 2 times a day requiring a hard shut down. I don't use it for gaming or watching a lot of videos; the articles I save are recipes and odd short news stories.

Not a gamer but good for school work. Got it for one of the kids as a replacement. The price and quality are good.

S mode is a royal pain. I will get rid of it as soon as I have time to get rid of it. Other than that the laptop is just what I need an it is moderately well behaved. Best Buy will be my choice of vendor for my electronic sopping. Good job. Peter Fran

Very convenient laptop, It's definitely a change from apple but for the price it works smoothly and has everything you need. The only thing I did not like was the camera quality, I used it for ZOOM and the audio was very bad. I used another device to make sure it wasn't just the laptop but sadly it was. Other than that I enjoy it.

This was my 2nd laptop purchase for college student, still not enough storage and processor speed not quick enough. Would be ok for K-12 student though.

Bought computer for online school. The computer is fine as long as you don’t have to use video/camera. The quality on the camera is not what I expected.

Light weight, easy to use, but not quite fast enough. Could use a faster processor which might or might not be available on a different model

Got this for our child’s remote learning when another computer stopped working. The camera is fine, it has the latest windows, gets the job done at a reasonable price. Personally, I like keyboards with a number pad better than this, and there is no backlight for the keyboard. But again, at this size and price point it looks fine and gets the job done.

It does just what I needed it to do. I got this for school when my old computer's camera and mic wouldn't work for their software, this one got me thru my tests and seems to work for my continuing education. It was all they had in stock in my price range when I purchased it.

I'm very impressed with this computer! I bought this for a Christmas gift and the recipient loves it! It's fast and lightweight. She's able to get her schoolwork done with no complaints! (That's pretty good for a 16 year old.

Bought it for my husband not very good at computers. But I made it pretty easy for him to get on. He is learning and doing really well.

I needed something for accessing my online classes and for installing a few light programming and illustration programs. This laptop fits my needs perfectly. The SSD makes it boot up almost instantly. The storage is small, only 128GB but since I store everything in the cloud that's not a problem for me. It only comes with 4GB of memory, wish it had 8. Then I could use it for something more demanding like 3D graphics such as Blender. I don't play games so can't say anything about that. Only had it for a month and I'm very happy with it so far.

I love this laptop so far. I’ve had it for two months. I’m getting my BSN completely online and I am very pleased. Everything has been working soothky and the battery life is great. It was a great $300 investment (caught it on sale).

I had to replace my laptop for work and it was really hard to find during covid. this one was available and its just enough for my day to day emails etc. responsive and quick and doesnt take up a lot of space.

This laptop continues to work well for my son. He uses it for everything. Gaming, watching movies and TV. The screen size is perfect and good quality product.

Bought this for my son doing highschool theough this pandemic. I did have to take out of S mode, but other than that, great for the money.

I bought this Laptop for myself because I went out of town for Christmas and I thought I was going to stay until after the New Year. I decided to return back home before the New Year so I didn't get to use my Laptop. My cousin has been talking about she wanted a Laptop so she could type her book she has been handwriting. I decided to give my Laptop to my cousin instead of returning it back to Best Buy. My cousin said the Laptop is absolutely fantastic and she have transferred handwritten business on it.

This computer is a bit more similar to a chrome book although it's not one. I didn't like the light version of windows 10 so I decided to upgrade to the regular edition of windows 10. Big mistake, I should have kept it how it originally came. The reason I upgraded to regular windows is because it wouldn't let me install programs that were not in the Microsoft store. It became a little laggy afterwards, but that's fine it still does what I want it too. I highly recommend this laptop for use by a child for online school.
