Great for basic needs but even with high speed internet, this laptop is slow

You get what you pay for but I would never recommend this. Slower than computers from a decade and a half ago, poor battery, bad screen quality and terrible interface.

I bought a laptop that turned out to be faulty, and when I tried to return it, I was told the policy is only 15 days. Most stores allow 30, so I assumed that was standard—especially since I was traveling. The customer service rep was very rude, kept interrupting me, and blamed me for not returning it sooner. No help, no flexibility—just attitude. This is exactly how companies start to lose trust and relevance. I’ll be sharing this experience on other customer feedback sites and social media platforms if it’s not addressed.

It got hot so fast, took forever to load 1 tab and wouldn’t let me download google chrome onto it. Do NOT get it. I bought it because I like vintage older style tech and this looked so cool but it did not work for school stuff and struggle to run things like excel and word

Super slow low end computer, would be good for first laptop for younger kid. Terrible for anything else.

The PC itself is probably Ok for what it is. However, you need to be aware that this computer does NOT come with a power supply or any way to make the computer turn on and work out of the box. You will have to buy your own power supply.

They shouldn’t sell windows computers with these specs. It gets overloaded just by opening settings. DONT BUY. I had to install a light linux distro for it to even be usable.

Slow, cumbersome, requires significant force to press / click. Not able to handle several apps running simultaneously. Thought it would be a good travel laptop but it was below expectations. Even worse its power cord is not USBC and caused issues.

It was slower than I thought it would be. Gives me more of a hassle to do my school work

Computer doesn't come with enough memory to install stock updates. it's a $250 brick.

Did not come with a charger!! No where on this listing did it say charger not included. One would assume if you are buying a laptop a charger would be included.

super slow , dies super quick , can’t charge it at the same time ur using it or it’ll over heat and not work

I can’t give a rating for this kaptop that I bought because it’s a piece of junk. the staff didn’t tell me that this laptop is a piece of junk. I can’t even work properly because it’s keep on lagging . My manager already complained because i have so many work to do and my laptop just keep on lagging everyday and whole day bot even once it functions correctly

I made this open box purchase online. Picked it up in store. Made it home 60miles away and the computer was not reset. I took it back to be reset at another location. I was told it couldn’t be reset. So I left and took it back the next day to get a refund, the manager then said “this can be reset, who told you it couldn’t” so I waited 4 hours for the reset. Made it home and tried to connect to WiFi, well the WiFi hardware has been completely removed from this laptop. I just did. Refund online and I’m in the process of driving 60miles to return.

Do not get this if you are trying to use it for school!! I bought this for my kid to use for kindergarten online but it is super slow, screen is constantly zoomed in and is hard to get it zoomed out. When my son tries to join his live online classes it makes it choppy or we cant hear any audio. It also is super slow.

This may as well be a Chromebook, not a windows computer. Not enough space to to anything but basic internet browsing.

The computer is cute, but it is so so slow and cannot keep up with things i need to accomplish.
