Very good computer for the price , works very well, only problem no hold battery .

Had to take it back to Best Buy! Had issues with it! Now i have a better Lap Top with no issues! The issue with this has nothing to do with Best Buy!

I bought it to ise for telehealth appointments for my youngest daughter. It let me set up an account but wont allow me to open edge or anything. Bery disappointed. Guess i will return it for my money back

Bought for college grad school online classes, will do everything that I need. Quick and easy to set up. Great bang for the buck.

It is good for its price and light use. It is good for school use, not sure if it would be a good choice for college or university.

This laptop is very important to use around the house in my office whenever I go out even on the ⛱️ and whenever I go camping

This computer is great for my son for school purpose. I it a lot of capabilities like a Chromebook I would buy again

Horrible laptop. I only used this for a home computer and it ran really slow. Took forever when you googled - anything for that matter. Checking emails was a challenge and that should not take forever to load. Our tech department gave this a thumbs down. I purchased laptops at this price before and it ran fine. This one is trash. Took it back as soon ASAP. DO not purchase.

My kid needed a computer for online schooling and this was in the budget. It works for our needs and if it breaks, it's not so expensive we can't replace it.

Laptop wasn't bad, but did leave a lot to be desired. I bought it as a means to play a game after my last laptop stopped charging, this one was set for strictly Microsoft software. So, if you want to play something off of the Google Play Store, forget it. Trying to download anything not "Microsoft-verified", was a complete waste of time, and even trying to switch to Chrome would freeze everything.

Especially nice key touch, not too hard and not too soft as many are.

I know I got what I paid for and couldve done better but i was hoping MAYBE it would have work worked amazing, boy was I wrong! Its so slow and laggy i couldve even click on an app without the little blue loading thing popping up next to the mouse arrow thingy. I am returning this immediately! Do bot buy it, not worth it at all!

This is the worst computer I have ever used. Half of the time it is so slow I can’t even use it. I have attempted on multiple different internet connections and it either won’t respond, or it is so slow it takes at least twice the normal amount of time a normal computer would use. I have never been so disappointed using a computer in my life.

Struggles staying connected to internet. Slow loading webpages.

Wouldnt load full pages in the first day. Tried to update it and that took so long I had to give up and just return it. I dont care how cheap it is, it should still work on the firsr day. It also felt cheap. This is a lesson to not buy a computer based on looks.

Painfully slow. Literally just right clicking makes it freeze up.

The laptop is very awesome & touch screen now i can do my business

If you looking for a decent laptop that gets the job done nothing more nothing less then it's good
