Computer works good for basic aspects (including navigating on web and working in office).

Perfect for checking emails, it's pretty good if you are not gaming or trying to store alot of stuff.

Purchased as a first laptop for my twins as they entered college Aug 2023. For the price this computer works great. Of course, its larger than what the average teen likes but its has nice graphics, touchscreen and it get the job done!!!

It took a few hours for it to connect to my Wi-Fi and work well, I even took it back to the store for them to tell me tough crap. smh all I could do is return it or pay geek squad to look at it. Thankfully this nice Hispanic guy helped me with geek squad I say Hispanic guy because if I knew his name, I would say it because I thank him for helping me. I took it back home and it finally worked. So far so good now.

I was highly satisfied with the entire process of me buying this laptop! Ordering online everything was clear and easy to understand. And once I went inside the store to pick it up, staff were friendly and beyond helpful!

Reviews were great so I purchased this. Had it for 2 weeks. Used it once to set up and second time I used it for school work. The second use I had the web open with 3 tabs and Microsoft word and it glitched several times and froze. Turned it off for the night and next day tried it and it would freeze trying to open the web and word. Went in to exchange for it and waiting for it to arrive. The geek squad had to help reset the old one because it was frozen and said that I was doing to much at one time for this laptop(a web browser and word i don’t think is much) and that even if i do what it can handle that with these ones that in 5 months it’ll likely give out and I’d have to buy a new one. I hoping with the new one that comes in I can make use of it.

Works great for a what I need it for. Was needing a upgrade after almost 15 years with the same laptop. Lol

Works great as an on the go affordable laptop. I use it for simple college things, like test taking, surfing web, and creating simple documents. I don't mind the small storage space because I use the cloud.
