    working with the hp laptop 14 was easy but you could not download old programs on it unless you get rid of the S mode the system comes with and you cannot get in the S mode after you do that. Everything else is great about the lap top.

    Still haven't received the it What's supposed to be store pick up ready. December 19th, then it was told that they didn't have it in store. I would have to have it shipped, still. Haven't received it. My kids woke up without their Christmas item.

    It’s a pretty great laptop only thing is it sticks a lot and the processing speed sucks. Can’t run more than one tab on it or it freezes up and shuts down. Would not recommend
