I lpve this laptop its so cute and does whats need to be done ! I got it for WFH and it is perfect highly recommend for a great laptop for a grwat price !

Needed for emergency when didn’t have the funds. Machine looks nice; especially in blue. Performance is lackluster and runs slow even with super fast connection. Wouldn’t buy again or recommend. Saving up to replace with something better. Disappointed.

My laptop is great. Really enjoying! My first HP and it does it all. I do just a few projects each week and this is the perfect laptop for small projects.

You get what you pay for. The computer is super slow even after I deleted all the bloatware. I can't have more than one tab open at a time, absolutely cant run two programs at once, and zoom is spotty which I know it a PC problem because it works just fine on my Ipad and my boyfriends pc. I really just use it to write papers, so it's good enough for me, but if you want to run anything aside from microsoft word, look elsewhere.

The PC is incredible, I enjoy how fast it is, how it saves my data, the size. It fits everywhere, easy to charge, connects to Wi-Fi quickly. Very awesome product. I highly recommend!

Battery drains very quickly also gets hot very fast

My niece loves her new hp laptop. She does all her school work and watch moves and play games on it all the time.

I bought this laptop for school and it’s honestly an amazing laptop perfect for school I hate the color but blue is all they had other than that 10/10

Problems in the beginning with freezing so I’m not sure how I feel about it. I am not 100% happy with the battery life. It’s o.k. so far I guess.

The laptop came preloaded with so much stuff that it only had 13 gb of memory on the hard drive. After deleting the preloaded stuff it only had 22 gb available. The screens viewing angles are trash.

First laptop so excited I love it first it was fast it’s kinda slow now but it’s ok a page has to load pink is my favorite color so far so good

It is always a pleasure buying from best buy i can get it on the store or shipped without a problem i alway tel my family about bust buy Eather is a gift or for my self

The laptop itself and the software is wonderful. The only issues are it has far too little RAM (4GB) and the processing speed is incredibly slow. This makes for very frustrating moments when trying to toggle between applications, and I was constantly getting the spinning blue wheel while trying to work.

The computer is very slow. I wish I could say I'm happy with my purchase, but for my usage, I needed a more powerful laptop. Overall, this is a good computer to do web browsing.
