I love this laptop. Very affordable and does exactly what i need it to do. I bought this for school and it works perfect.

This HP laptop was the best thing I got, and on top of that the packaging will nice and neat. I mean like when I seen it I was so happy because last time I had bought a laptop it wasn’t on Best Buy. My package came iffy I didn’t like it And I have a few scratches on my old laptop but this laptop that I got none of that I had no problems with it at all will buy again .

I purchased this for my girlfriend. She was in desperate need for a new laptop. She loves it! It's small and easy to carry around.

Fast delivery. Packaged well. Exactly what I hoped for. The screen size is great. Key pad is a bit raised , I love hear the keys click.

It's very slow, and it's almost impossible to use Discord voice channels. But it does do what I want most of the time.

That's fair enough for the price. I would recommend it only for office work basic purposes.

this is a good la top for what I needed it for no complaints for now, I didnt get the option to set it to start up when you open it but thst not gonna change a lot

I personally, wouldn't recommend this computer. I purchased it for a gift and was informed that it was super slow. And it's brand new! I bought it originally for the color because that's what my family member requested who only intended to use if for things life email and searching the web, but even that seems to be too much for this computer. I am a fan of HP and will now have to look at some other options because this is just not it.

excellent product, I am using it for my professional work as an educator.

this computer is the bare minimum of a computer. it's slow and laggy. if you need it for work or school pls consider getting something with more RAM this 4 gb is so horrific! i found myself needing a new computer literally 4 months after buying it. it's okay as a transition laptop or if you need one for your kid or just surfing the web but i hated using it for school. i'm a cs student and this was not a good enough computer for it.
